Sir i purchased samsung power bank 15800mah is not working.it is neither doing charging the mobile as well not doing any its function. 1i purchased it on 09/04/2016 and received on14/04/2016 so i want to replace/return it. it costs 848 Rs.it is obtained from packing like a second hand product, in dirty condition .

Actually i have received totally duplicate and some different product from what i have ordered.
what i have ordered and what i have got the compaby is totally different.
And all other product is not not genuine as it has to be.
I have also called the company so many times on their costumer support no. but noone has answered.
So please arrange for the rerun of the product.

I am continuously calling them and shoot many mails to them but they are not replying..

On their website its mention that issue will be resolved in 7 days but till now i didn't get any response from them..Also i didn't find any refundor return option on website.

Worse service i ever found ...Government should take some action on this.

The product which i have received is not what i have ordered, the received product is not working at all, I tried to reach customer care, but automatic the call is getting disconnected, Now when the call got connected once, they told to send the mail and you will receive the call from bookmyoffer, then i send the mail on 2nd April 2016, because the product i got was on 1st April 2016, so kindly return or refund my amount, else i need to approach consumer court.

When i received the order no.[protected], i was shocked to find fake Ray Bans with the frame shaking. I have tried calling the customer care no. and emailing them multiple times without any response. The prodcut was delivered to me on 14th march2016 and i found the product was damanged. I tried calling on the call centre numbert no body responded to the calls. After this every mmorning and eevening i tried to call customer care but no one provide meproper rresponse the company is doing fraudlent to the customer, better take action immediately on this company. BoI ordere mi 20400 mah power bank from this site (www. bookmyoffer.com). I got that power bank within 5 days against rs.848/-. But after getting that till now i'm not able to charge anything through that power bank. Today i thought to check inside the power bank nothing is there inside the power bank. Unfortunately i got shocked after seen this type of fraud... L had asked to refund. Govt have no rules to enter such business. N no security from such company.okMyOffer.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I just purchased an mi powerbank an hour ago, but the delivered was not functioning properly nd the customer care was screwing me, as there is no proper information regarding my complaint .
