This is the first time I ordered a product from you, a Ray Ban glass for my wife birthday for INR 948 after huge discound as boas by you on your website.


I have just received the delivery 30 mins back and I am regretful that I done business with you as what I have received is a glass not more than INR 50 from any local market. I am sure now of the standard of your Org and in lame language I can say that you are cheating with the customers by displaying somethin g else and sending something else. Also, I would like to mention here is that I am well versed of a consumer rights and such pathetic actions and even lead the BAN your Org to do business in e commerence biz.


Below mentioned are the issues with the product-


- It was suppose to be golden and blue Ray ban but what I got is black and purple kind of shade

- No authorized Ray ban is mention, I can wipe the name of Ray ban written on glass with just a stroke of finger, it may cause you a case from Ray ban itself

-the glass is pathetic and mis fit

-It is a local glass and shabby product


With the above mentioned issues. I request you to kindly send me the "Original ray ban glass" As I ordered or please return my money with no delay.

I am expecting some professionalism this time from you guys before I take this matter to consumer forum, media and social site and take it up legally as I am really disturbed with your Organisation

I ordere mi 20400 mah power bank from this site (www. bookmyoffer.com). I got that power bank within 5 days against rs.848/-. But after getting that till now i'm not able to charge anything through that power bank. Today i thought to check inside the power bank nothing is there inside the power bank. Unfortunately i got shocked after seen this type of fraud... L had asked to refund.
Govt have no rules to enter such business. N no security from such company.

Sir i have ordered samsung power bank...It is not working... I tried to call many times . But no one is picking the call. So plz take ur product back...And plz refund my money please.. My dad gave that money to buy a bag... But i tooked this...If it was in working condition i would grandly accepted it ... I had purchased new memory card from www.bookmyoffer.com via online shopping, but i had got the faulty part that is not working.I have many time take followup (Since feb-2016) but not getting any response from bookmyoffer. So now i raising the complaint.

I purchased these sunglasses mentioned above from bookmyoffer.com. However, they did not ship me a genuine product. I have already viewed many other complaints submitted by other individuals who were duped by this fraudulent company. Their customer care number is useless. It cut off twice while asking me to hold, i lost another 1 rupee in the bargain. I am a student and the amount i paid (Rs. 898/-) is a big deal for me. The details of the purchase are as under:

We have ordered the above said power bank on april 3.We have received it on april 8.The power bank isn't working. Properly. It hasn't charged the phone completely even once. We ordered only 16800 mah powe bank. What we got is a 25000 mah power bank. Thoudh that power bank is with a greater power, it doesn't serve well. What we want is you must replace the power bank with a much better one. Or just repay the money that we gave for the power bank.

Hi, i had a sunglasses but it came as damage. So i have to return and refund amount to me as much as poss ible. It was duplicate also. So pls refund my amount. U have to solve my problem. Simply time waste to us. So u have to improve ur company by sending original item. It came by damage only i am not satisfy with that glasses. So i want to refund it.

As per order mi powerbank 10400mah +samsung powerbank 9000mah with ear phone was to be delivered, but two powerbank mi 10400 mah delivered & both defective.Order was cod
One power bank (Silver color) is not getting off & also not charging mobile, & second powerbank (Black color) is getting discharged in maximum 10 minutes even after charging powerbank 4-5 hours.
Also as per offer sony earphones was to be delivered but supplied earphone is off local brand.
Products supplied are not original & also defected & used.

Purchase a combo of chinos, its not mention any where that replacement and product will be never not returned after delivered.

They are making fool of people.Every thing is on this site is fake and they are giving d grade products to costumer.this complaint is going to consumer court very soon.you cant make fool to everyone.

there would be customer service this company don't have any educated person in there company no one is picking up call..they are saying we cant help you any way please put the call down they are foolish and uneducated people...and making every one fool.consumer court has to take some stick action against these kind of foolish sites.they must be have taken strict action against these type of sites.so that no one can dare to sale these type of product without any description.please guys don buy anything on this site.nothing is original they are selling there product with no guarantee and warranty ..every one is thinking they will change it or replace is it.

I had ordered a sony power bank from Saturday Sunday Media Internet Pvt Ltd, that is WWW.bookmyoffer.com. The product was delivered to me on 6-april-2016 and i found the product was not working. I tried calling on the call centre number but no body responded to the calls. I sent mail to their email id on 8-april -2016 [protected]@bookmyoffer.com. On 09-april-2016 i called up again and a lady picked up the but her response was not in proper manner. She was not ready to talk to me also. After taking the order number suddenly checked in and system and did not respond properly and told me if you have a sent a mail the back end team will reply back to you. The Company is doing fraudulent to the customer, better take action immediately on this Company. My order no. [protected]-1. I have paid Rs. 724/- by cash at the time of delivery. Kindly help getting back the good product or money mohana chary.
