The product was in tampered state and was not functional.

I have also tried to call on the customer contact no. [protected] as mentioned on the website but the call gets dropped on it's own without even getting a hold of an executive.
I again raised a complaint of 4th again and from then I am continuously trying to contact their number but still no luck.

I bought a Samsung power bank 16800 mah . but it not charging the smart phone.

Refer order no [protected] of Xiomi power bank... The said product is not working at all...it is a power bank, but upon usage it gets fully discharged in less than 30 minutes... I have tried more than 100 times to contact the customer care but failed... No response ... Pls make arrangement to return the product as soon as possible...

Sir i have purchased ray ban aviator black sun glass in order no [protected] for rs 898/-. After clarification of this item i was found that the item was not original it seems to be duplicate item. I have purchase samsung power bank which is defective kindly replace the same peace. I have charged power bank for 4 hour till indicate fully. And than I keep my mobile for charging from power bank it charge only 15% and than power bank is discharge. Again I charge power bank for 5 hours same happened it charge my mobile 15% only.
