I ordered a powerbank from the site of xiomi 20800, but instead they sent me a power bank of samsung, which was even deffective. There customer support site is not working, there is only one mobile no. Which they are not picking, i have mailed three times for the return, but there has been no reply, from there side. I dont have any option to contact them, its been more than three days, and none of the executive of the company has contacted me regarding my mail, or so. I my actual product to be delievered, or my money to be returned, but i cant do anything.

The product was a duplicate one and having a duplicate Samsung logo printer on it. I urged courier person to get the product returned but he has nothing to do instead suggested to lodge complaint online.
I lodged my complaint within 15 minutes of the receipt of the product reminded thrice on [protected]@bookmyoffer.com but neither received any sulotion nor even received any respons from the company.
Now I bound to take legal action against them in the court of law.
It is the last option I am taking to get the company contacted before going to complaint through process of law. They are liable to be prosecuted for copyright act being using fraudulent usage of Samsung company name in selling/promoting their duplicate products to a number of customers.
