    Dear sir,
    On Date 25/06/2016 I was booked a samsung 25000 mah power bank which was advertised in your website. It was delivered to me on 30/06/2016. But the power bank was not working properly. So I request you to take the product back and refund me. I hope you wil solve my problem as soon as possible. Otherwise I will have to take necessary legal steps against your online co. who promote this advertisement. As I had already sent 1 emails. But still I donot get any response and your customer care no. are not working.

    This Company is a total fraud. The same thing happened with me and I have also complained regarding the same but still there is no response from the company. The product is totally not working even at the first try and is of no use. Don't trust the advertisements spread b y this online store on any social networking site. As it is a big scam for cheating the public giving them wasted and useless products and taking a lot of money for the same. Also do not support any promotional activities for the website.
    The product i want to buy it was another and the product which is arrived is another.

      Sir,
      I bought a power bank of SAMSUNG from bookmyoffer.com, in 599/-.
      When I got the package, I found a local power bank in name of branded. which is not even working.
      I registered my complaint but nobody addressed me properly. They mailed to go to their support page, but support page does not exist.
      On 6-Jun I filed the complaint for this package and faulty product, but stil unable to get an answer from the website.

            I had ordered for a Mi 20400 mah Power bank fromBookmyoffer on[protected] at 6:20 PM. I have received a Fake Samsung Powerbank which is USED and DEFECTIVE. I tried to contact their customer care number but they won't pick the call. The support.bookmyoffer.com page is not even loading. Somehow I managed to mail them to the mail id [protected]@bookmyoffer.com but I haven't received any response yet. The main problem is their return policy is pathetic. The product must be returned within 3 days from receiving the product. But if they are unresponsive to our request how can we send it in 3 days.
            I hope they initiate necessary procedures to returning the product for a refund.

                The power bank of samsung has been delivered at my dated 30 june, does not work from that date. and the power bank i orderd of 25000 mah but in the power bank it has shown 20000 mah. so i want to replace it as soon as. because i think it is by mistake came to me because on the rapper it is written 25000 mah. so do fast because i have needed. please do help

                    I bought a 64 GB samsung evo memory card from the online shopping site book my offer .com and it costs me 599 with shipping when I opened the product I found it a duplicate memory card of Samsung in which no data can be uploaded when I called the company for replacement/refund they talk with me rudely and said that the product can't be returned or replaced rather argued with me that it is a genuine product ...

                        Sir I purchased a pair shoes of adidas company through bookmyoffer.com site on 18 th jun 2016. My order number is [protected]. On Saturday 25/6/2016 I got delivery. After paying full amount rs.1149/- to courier man.when I opened shoes box I saw that the shoes were duplicate adidas shoes. The shoes didn't have proper logo. Nor size was mentioned.when I call on the company contact number [protected]. They said they wouldn't take it back & they asure me to replace the shoes within 48 hours. After 48 hours I tried calling on that number lots of time but there was no response and at last when they picked they didn't answer me properly. This company has been advertising its product on Facebook and when I my self was cheated by this company. I try to put a comment on the company's advertising page on Facebook.then I was surprised to see the people already had negative comments about the company and I was not the first time.                                   I had ordered mi power bank 20800 mah of order no. [protected] and the gojavas delivery company delivered me wrong product they had delivered used product of Samsung power bank which is also not in good working condition according to its power. Please get to me with reply fast and I request you to replace my product as it is your mistake.I tried to contact them many times on given number on website but they don't pickup call. I also send email about my return but they don't respons till today. This company is fraud and sold old dead product. Please take a action about this company.

                                    I have ordered a blue color Rebock Shoe on bookmyoffer.com vide order No.[protected]. Instead a red color Addidas shoe was delivered to me on 29.06.2016.However the product is not upto the mark as expected. The pack was not in the addidas box but is wrapped in a local made box. which indicate the duplicate item is delivered. This cannot be acceptable and I want replacement for the shoe.

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I bought 2 powerbanks from this site they delivered me with fake and damaged products when i opened the box i came to know they are fake and damaged and mailed them immediately and kept calling them when they lastly picked the call today they are saying they are unable to return the money
                                      I think this a fraud company delivering fake products to the customers who think there is some kind of extra discount and will save some money and instead they get cheated and when you come to know there is no response and when they receive your call they will say they will refund after that they will send a mail saying we are unable to refund due to TAT policy as they have purposely not accepted your call more than 15 days please see on to the problem sir
                                      it doesn't matter if i get the money or not please do not let other innocent people get cheated
