Hello,
I'm ganesh vandal
I ordered a power bank of samsung of 16800mah on.
I received my order with order reference number ref# [protected].
But when i open the packet i found that tha product is not original and there's no warranty card or any other kind of manual document. And there's no serial number on the product. Because it was fake/duplicate product. I tried to call bookmyoffer's customers care but there no support.
Kindly help me out of this. Kindly return this product and give my money back...

You have given us a duplicate product.I ordered a samsung brand but it's a fake one. It's not a original power bank. So please replacement the product otherwise refund the amount otherwise we will report to the consumer court. All companies are giving replacement than why don't you.

Hello sir,

I bought samsung power bank thru bookmyoffer, after the full charge of power bank, when i connect my phone for charging it's hardly charges for 15 mins and gets switch off. Same i had done for several times but same results. What kind of quality is this power bank? I tried to contact thru no. Provided but never got connected, hence i am writing this to you people. Please return my money rs.550 to me otherwise replace the power bank.

Note: please exchange the product before i approach consumer court. I'm not going to leave you people until it's replace.

moreover I have failed to find any refund policy of this website. item sold by BKS store.

I purchased samsung power bank 16800mah from bookmyoffer.Com dated 3rd june 2016 and got the product delievered to me on 9th june 2016. Firstly the product obtained is not as per description. It is 20000 mah in place of 16800 mah as per my order. Secondly, it is showing me full charge in 1 minute as well as it is not giving me backup for more than 1 minute. So it is faulty and not working as per my expectations. I feel robbed. I contacted bookmyoffer.Com but they are not responding me by any means, so if they are not giving me my hard earned money back, i surely am have to take severe action in this regard soon.
