I purchased Samsung power bank 25000mah from book my offer but power bank do not working and also not original Samsung power bank. Please provide my money return from book my offer . I have already complain to book my offer website but no response from that side..please solve my problem as soon as possible and I also recommend to all other peoples that do not purchase any item from book my offer sites.. They are sending duplicate and useless product.

I have Purchase 2 Samsung Power bank with order no.[protected], [protected] on 3rd June-16 total cost of these product are 1200/-Rs.
Both the power back are used (old) and not working when i was visit your Samsung Service center i was sacked they said to me that both power back are duplicate.

I have immed call to your customer care the person who are setting at CC not given me proper response and said that we cant help you out.

I just want to know that if you don't have original product and not given any warranty that why you make customer fool why cheating to customer have you any idea who we are earn money.

Sir, this is not a sort of reply i expect from you people.
It has been 8 days since i have filed my complaint here and even on your customer care helpline . No actions regarding this issue has been taken, neither am i getting a clear answer from your side that either i will get the product exchange or you will do refund . This is seriously seeming me a kind of fraud to me and i am highly dissatisfied.

Sir i ordered samsung 16800 mah power bank with order no. [protected] on 05.06.2016 12:38
From making an order at book my offer and delivered via e-com express on 14.06.2016.
It is not working properly since the day it has been delievered. It shows that itbis fully charged by flashing 4 led lights but when i charge my samsung gt-s7582 phone which has just 2500mah battery it is not even charged half and the battery goes down i have charged the power bank for at least 14 hours but still the same problem.
Sir, i want the refund for this product and please take some remedy actions on that company legally or else i want the original power bank with the same company with the warranty certificate.
Ir please take an action immediately on that website and power bank making company.

I have to lodge complaint against 'bookmyoffer'. (Saturday sunday media internet) and i received the packet from yepme.com
I had ordered combo offer for adidas sports lower and shorts for 799/-.

I received the order on time. But i was shocked to see the delivered order.
Which which is a lower and cheap shirt. I'm attaching the pic as well. The lower is also not the size. I was forced to pay the money before opening the packet. Or else i wouldnt have taken it.
