I have ordered Samsung Power Bank 20400mah but I received MI 20400mah. That is too old & used one. I have written so many mails to customer support but they have not entertain it. Since from last 10-12 days I am sending mails daily to them but not a single response. Even there is a ticket ID which I received from there side H12-TVJ-BAGY. I have ordered samsung power bank 250000mah shown as for rs 399 only where I had paid rs 598 incl delivery charges. On receipt of the item it was noticed that you have delivered 16800mah power bank instead of 25000mah whereas bill has been given for 25000mah only which is not correct. I will wait for two days and further I will complaint against your company in police station as well as put a case in consumer forum....

I have ordered a 64 GB memory card of Samsung .
It is delivered in maximum 5 days to me
But it is not working properly and they say class 10 UHS hogi

This is a fake site which gives fake product of any company.

Just got the powerbank but its not working indeed it not at all packed nicely .
Its a fake one so I would like to return the product.But the customer care number is not at all responding.
The other thing is I have oredered for a 20800mah red mi powerbank and I got Samsung 20800mah powerbank that too a defective piece.
So take the charge and resolve my problem.I am afraid of your ignorance because of nearly 2400 complaints...

I had ordered a power bank.

The provided goods are faulty and does not work. Moreover the product looks so dirty like a second hand material.

Tried calling the customer care but no one bothered to answer the calls nor emails are responded.

Well another Fraud company online.

I bought a Samsung Power Bank which is actually a made in china thing which never worked ever since it was delivered.
they never pick the phone.
never respond to emails
after trying 26 times i got connected and they said this product cant be replaced as you have to inform us within 3 days of delivery for any fault

never buy from them.

Delivered Samsung power bank damaged and not original. They provided duplicated product need to complaint police and so that police can take action against them to stop fraud against innocent customer.

Kindly refund my money as soon as possible.

I received a faulty and fake product which does not fulfill the product description at all not only that its defective and not responding there customer care is not responding to my phone calls or messages I want a full refund of my money .Please take action against them so that no one else gets cheated like this
