I have ordered Samsung Power Bank 20400mah but I received MI 20400mah. That is too old & used one. I have written so many mails to customer support but they have not entertain it. Since from last 10-12 days I am sending mails daily to them but not a single response. Even there is a ticket ID which I received from there side H12-TVJ-BAGY. Since yesterday even I am not able to check the status of my ticket on there website. Page is not going to open. Do not know either they have deleted my request from there portal or what the reason.

On[protected] I have got delivery of my order through EcomEx and I have
paid COD amount Rs649/-,
But The product I have received is Samsung 20800mah and moreover it is not
at all working.
Iam not at all satisfied with this type of worst experience with
Bookmyoffer.com.

I Don't want this product which is not working and no use. And I have mailed to their customer care and even called them so many times they are not all responding to solve my issue.

I have ordered samsung power bank 250000mah shown as for rs 399 only where I had paid rs 598 incl delivery charges. On receipt of the item it was noticed that you have delivered 16800mah power bank instead of 25000mah whereas bill has been given for 25000mah only which is not correct. I will wait for two days and further I will complaint against your company in police station as well as put a case in consumer forum.

Just got the powerbank but its not working indeed it not at all packed nicely .
Its a fake one so I would like to return the product.But the customer care number is not at all responding.
The other thing is I have oredered for a 20800mah red mi powerbank and I got Samsung 20800mah powerbank that too a defective piece.

Well another Fraud company online.

I bought a Samsung Power Bank which is actually a made in china thing which never worked ever since it was delivered.
they never pick the phone.
never respond to emails
after trying 26 times i got connected and they said this product cant be replaced as you have to inform us within 3 days of delivery for any fault

never buy from them.

and Samsung please take note your brand name is being used on such fake products

Got Mail from Bookmyoffer!!!

They told as per following

But what about deliver wrong fake and secondhand as well as damaged product!!!
