Dear sir,

I have order Samsung powerbank 16800mah with reference no. [protected] at COD Rs. 548.00 but i am not satisfy with this product because when i charge my phone so powerbank battery get down even powerbank is fully charged but when i connect my phone with it it is not working.

So, i just want to return that product and want my money refund back.

Please look into this matter immediately.

              I have ordered mi power bank 10400mah on 18th june, 2016 on book my offer online store. It was having cost of 498. It was delivered today at my home address ie santosh sharma, plot no 2, shambhu nagar, koradi road, nagpur-30. But today my mother received its delivery and found that its not power bank inside.                   I order a product from book my offer.com on 8th may 2016, my order no. [protected] i received on 16/5/16 but it's wrong product, then i complain on 19/5/16, again complain on 31/5/16, 3rd complain on 7/6/16 after that they pickup my product on 8/6/16 but till now they not send any replacement product. After that their customer service not picking any phone and their service website are not open.
                  Please take serious step against them.

                      I am very disappointed with the support services that you guys are providing.

                      By mistake i placed two orders [protected] and [protected]. After placing the orders, i mailed
                      You to cancel ([protected]) one of the orders.

                      First of all you did not cancel the order.

                      Econdly in both the orders shipping charges (Rs 149) and cod (Rs 50) are applied, and today i receive a sms from your
                      Courier partners (Ecom express) that my shipment will be delivered today with tracking id[protected] and the amount is rs 1096.

                      So you guys first did not not cancel the first order, and you are delivering both the order as one shipment. But charging me the shipment
                      Charges and cash on delivery charges for 1 shipment twice. So instead of paying shipping charges (Rs 149) and cod (Rs 50) for 1 shipment, i am paying shipping charges (Rs 298) and cod (Rs 100) for 1 shipment.

                      I called your support number +91-[protected]. But no body is picking the call. So poor service and no clarity in billing.

                          I got a samsung 64 gb memory card on 19.06.2016 by bookmyoffer.com through ecom courier service. But when i tried to run memory card on my phone, no option of memory card is showing on file manager i tried again and again but some time memory card option is showing but no file is showing . Then i raised a complaint regarding this . They replied that according to their company policy they can't replace or return back my money because it was an offer product . No policy of company is showing on website.

                              I purchased a samsung power bank (16800 mah) from bookmyoffer at rs 548 (Including cod & shipping charges) 2 days ago. I have full charged power bank and then i attached my mobile with it. After that there is only 26 % battery charged in 3 hours and power bank charging fully off. It is defective piece of samsung power bank. With reference to the subject i called customer care[protected] after 3 day delivery. According to conversation on call you said to returned my money in evening of that. But i have no call or sms received against this order number yet. I have called you many time for 5 days. But i have no response of you regarding return my money.

                                  I have ordered a samsung power bank on the webaite it says its original products you will be getting but its pathetic fake worst quality which is been sent out, i have already sent email to their customer service and its been 6 days i have not got any reply from them. Worst customer service ever received compared to all the other companies when trying to callthe customer service no one answers, and i will be filling a law suite against bookmyoffer an have started my process and soon i will be sending a mail to your customer service again and also will mark the thread mail to consumer court and if your customer service looks at this mail reply me on my email which i have already sent to you all..

This memory card was damaged and not working properly and i tryed to contact you but i was failed so i kindly saying to u repalce my memory card or repay my money back if you dont do this i will lodge a complaint against youn in the consumer court

                                        Last 5/6/2016 i was received fast track wrist watch shipment. I was opened and found wrist watch damaged. I call more than 50 times & complaint 4 to 5 times & also send damaged watch pictures but they're not responding. That fast track watch also duplicate not original.

                                        If company not provide me original watch or not give me my money back i will complaint in police & consumers court.
