On 09th june 2016 i ordered a product samsung power bank 20400mah.
There was not mentioned a single word that it is a oem/assorted product.
They have mentioned clearly it is original samsung brand power bank 20400mah, but they sent me duplicate samsung power bank 500mah battery.
I cant contact with there customer service no which is +91-[protected].

I have mailed them for return but there is no response.
Please help me out. Thanking you.

Same here..[protected] is my order no..its 25000mah powerbank.but which I received thats is 20800mah powerbank...nd its a damage powerbnk...its not work properly..its more then 48hours to do my complaint to [protected]@bookmyoffer.com..but no any solution from that side..nd customer care no is so bad..always charge my call but no talk..its happened more then 50 times.

Do you know why these websites donot have prepay service. As they know there will be several complaints and due to this the payment gateway will block them, leading to non payment. So these fake sites have got a new way, the COD option which is provided by the courier.
My friends don't buy from these websites. I[censored] want cheap products then buy duplicate or used one from local vendors or OLX etc.
These websites like bookmyoffer.com, hungamasales.com etc don't guarantee genuinity of the products...
Wish u luck and have fun shopping online...
Always prefer reputed websites...

I purchased a samsung evo micro s sdhc 64gb memory card which was sold by one of sub dealer bks store from bookmyoffer website.

My order number was unibmoc274167, which was ordered on[protected] at 11.30 am and it was cash on delivery

I got the delivery on[protected], but when i opened the package after i received, it was faulty.
The memory card which i got delivered was fake.

I ordered mi power bank 20800 mah from bookmyoffer on 6th June 2016 and it was delivered to me on very next day. After payment of rs 650 made I open delivered package and found that it was actually Samsung power bank which is not in good condition either. It has several scratchs on its body surface. When I chargerd my mobile from this power bank, after 5 minutes its battery gone down to nill.
I mailed my request for refund in [protected]@bookmyoffer.com and send ticket to help desk [protected]@domain.com and even tried calling customer care service but there was no reply from either side. When I try to open customer support in bookmyoffer.com it won't open despite of several attempt.
There fore I request you sir to consider my complaint and take action against bookmyoffer.com .

I purchased samsung power bank 25000 mah but i received a toy looking, local, defective power bank with erased mah value. The packing was'nt good, when i opened the seal of the box the charger was not packed properly(as if its was a second hand one).
The picture what i have seen on the site which is totally different when compared to the one which i have received.I have paid 548 rupees for this product.So kindly help me in getting back my money or original power bank with 25000 mah in exchange of received local power bank.

Hi sir,
I was ordered a Samsung power bank 16800mah thorough bookmyoffer.com on first week of October 2016 and it's price of 199 rupees. I received a parcel of 448 rupees on 25th October 2016, when I open it inside the box one portable battery pack of 25000 mah made by samsung and there is no charger and other accessories. I was confused and tried to recharge it with my samsung charger, it's not working. I was trying to call the company costumer care but the didnot answer the call. What I can do? There is any options to replace the product and get back my money? Please reply me.
