Hi, this is shreyas pandey.
I have to lodge complaint against 'bookmyoffer'.
I had ordered a samsung/mi portable charger 25000mah for rs498/-.
Order number:-[protected].
I received the order on time. But i was shocked to see the delivered order.
There was no cover and the samsung portable charger was defective and not working. I was not there to receive the order or else i wouldnt have taken it.
So i am lodging here my complaint to either get my money back or else provide me with proper portable charger as mentioned during the payment of the order.

This is my first experience with bookmyoffer.com. Actually I got the link from Facebook only. I purchased a Samsung 25000mah powerbank from this fraud company. They charged 598 in total including delivery charges. On opening the packing itself, I'm very upset. Because the so called branded Samsung product is without even a single paper packing. On the next look the power bank was in a half open position exposing the batteries and circuit inside.On seeing the content, there was only one original battery connected and remaining three are dummy. When I searched for their customer support number in their website, I couldn't get that also.

I would like to inform you that i have booked mi16800 mah power bank on 8th june 2016 order confirmation no ([protected]). I have received old damage faulty and defective power bank on which is a samsung 20800 mah power bank which is not working. When i contacted to customer care they never respond and revert, when email send to them they are saying that no tefund or replacement can be done as this is a offer product. I need either correct product in working condition or refund of amount.

Maine Order no.[protected], Samsung Evo128gb memory card. Khareeda tha jo ki duplicate product hai uspe data transfer nahi hota hai. Maine bookmyoffer ko mail kiya to reply aaya ki vah deal product tha esliye usko replace ya refund nahi kiya jayega . A.8sa kyon deal to aapne hi mere Facebook page par di thee . Wrong product aapne delivered kiya to replace kaun karega .

I have ordered a Nokia225 YELLOW colour mobile on 19.06.2016 they have sent me a duplicate Nokia225 black colour mobile. When contacted they're refusing to change the mobile or return my money. When I contacted to customer care they listen and put me to hold for a long time and then disconnected the phone when I tried again nobody attended the phone. Its not samsung memory card.

I have place my order on16th june for a samsung power bank. I received it on 22nd. It is not working properly. It get charged easily within half an hour and got discharged within 10 minutes.
There is no brand packaging no user manual no barcode nothing. It's a fake one. It looks like a old one. One of its led is not lighting. Please return it as soon as possible and refund me the money rs 598. Otherwise i have to take necessary legal action against you and also i have to inform the samsung company that your company sell fake samsung products against their copyright. Rply me asap. Dear i ordered 20400 mah power bank in your site. As per order i got material also but when i open and cheaking the material i comes to know its faulty and not working condition.. 9 june i gave complaint to your costumer executive and sended mail also u guys are told before 4-5 days we collect the material. But till today i didnt get any response to your side.. Suppose if not responsing in 2 days, i have recard and complaint cin num i ll give camplaint to cansumer caurt after u only responsible for everything...

This is the third remider but till date now my problum is not resolve, i had booked a nike shoes orange colour from book my offer. Com vid order no. [protected] but the deliverd product is defective and dublicate addidas compony. I have tried to contract to customer care but noboday is rsponding till date now. I had booked a Ray Ban Aviator from bookmyoffer.com (order number [protected]) but delivered item is duplicate and different from original one .after that i tried to return the product but the telephone no. given by company is fake and always on ivr system and nobody replies but every call is billed. thereafter i send email to company but no action is taken by company.
After complaining different forum ( complaintboard.in and consumercomplaints.in etc.) I have received so many fake calls from different numbers they were asking my bank details ATM card number etc .
Sir i just want to know how a company is doing this type of fraud by using the big brand named company. i am not the single victim are thousands of complains is against this company.
Pls take some action against the company and also send this information to govt. authorities to implement legal action against this company.
