The shoes I received are not as per the description . The shoes are also duplicate and worst thing is that the logo of Adidas is also spelt wrong on it . What kind of service is this . Its so bad I don't even feel like using it ever . They are just worse and in terrible quality . You have duped me in the worst possible way . I will take legal action against your company. I have order adidas spring shoes + mi 10000 mah power bank wroth 1700 rs.
I have received it on 24th june in the evening, both the products are duplicate as well as the power back is already broken and managed with sellotape.
I called on customer care on the spot and reported the issue but they didnt helped me and told me to send an email with picture.

I ordered a pair of adidas shoes on 18th June 2016 which are delivered on 23rd June 2016, they are duplicate and when i called their customer care they are not replying satisfactorily. They are declining the return. The Customer care employee told me to mail on their id cc.bookmyoffer.com, i mailed them three times but their is no response from their side. i haven't got a single mail from their side. Its highly embarrasing that they are selling duplicate products and moreover not attending the customer.

Dear Sir,
I bought 2 powerbanks from this site they delivered me with fake and damaged products when i opened the box i came to know they are fake and damaged and mailed them immediately and kept calling them when they lastly picked the call today they are saying they are unable to return the money
I think this a fraud company delivering fake products to the customers who think there is some kind of extra discount and will save some money and instead they get cheated and when you come to know there is no response and when they receive your call they will say they will refund after that they will send a mail saying we are unable to refund due to TAT policy as they have purposely not accepted your call more than 15 days please see on to the problem sir
it doesn't matter if i get the money or not please do not let other innocent people get cheated
