Ek mobile charge nahi hota hai... din rat power bank ko charge par lagake rakhti hun.. intezar karke dekhi sayad charge hi nahi hua hoga karke.. lekin ye dabba diya hai tum logon ne.. thaga hai cheater kahi ke.. leke jaon use return.. reference number [protected]. I have ordered by seeing a ad on my mobile that a "samsung power bank for just 599". I have ordered that and taken cod. When i open that it is very cheap quality local one which is labeled as "samsung 16800 mah". This is total bluffing the customers.

I have purchased mi 10400 mah power bank through book my offer and it is totally uselless and faulty. And they give me a duplicate nokia 222.. It's not working. So i take a back my money... My order number is [protected] and shipment no is[protected].. So it is duplicate nd it's request to replace it or return my money either i will take legal action against book my offer

I have ordered Samsung power bank 20400mah on cod. I received the same on 11th of June. But it was duplicate and no manual was provided and also the product is defected. Immediately I mailed the complaint to [protected]@bookmyoffer.com but no reply till now. I even added a cc to the CEO of the company. Again no reply. The help desk numbers do not responding and never will respond. I request you to kindly get back this stupid defected duplicate product and return back my money. Please stop fooling people like this

I received yesterday Samsung power bank which was ordered by me but it's duplicate I can't charge my mobile 5% after fully charge power bank it's not working no body take call on customer care call no[protected] .Now what I do.compny say that any complaint should be done by three days after received product .I call customer care, but no body answer me autocut call...so please do something about my complaint

I have bought an electronic item from this website called bookmyoffer.com first of all they sold me a duplicate product and that also is not working and then when I am calling them for replacememt of product I am getting no response I have also dropped them an email even that didn't companies like dese frauds should be closed right now they are making fool of customers.

I bought a samsung power bank from this cheater site the product was defected and used i wrote a complaint to company's customer care service but till date no response has been given by the site / co i think that this is a cheater co they sold only second hand product only to cheat the consumer kindly do the action against this cheater website

I ordered an Samsung 16500mah powerbank but when received the product i checked it's ful scratch n now working i ordered 16500 mah powerbank but they delivered me 20000mah same day i sent mail regarding this they told they ll resolve it within 5-7days but now its going to be 45 days i didn't get any response from the company, i mail then many times and called them more then 200 times but no response. They didn't replaced my product even not returned my money also. Kindly help me regarding this issue I'll be very thankful to you.

I received this order today n i was very much dissopinted when i oppened this parcel.. It was totally damaged and used goods.. Goods was not genuine to... Now i want to return these goods and claim my refund as early as possible.. Kindly solve my complaint..

I've order 16800 mah samsung power bank from bookmyoffer.com but when i get this product first it show 16800 mah on box but inside on power bank its 20000 mah, 2nd on back side of power bank original capacity has intentionally hided by marker, and 3rd but major issue is after full charging it not capable to charge a single phone with 2600 mah due to its local or faulty Samsung product . I mailed them 5 to 7 times, tried to call bookmyoffer(+91-[protected]) but all the time i make a call it automatically get disconnect. Sent fake shoes that can be found on the streets.Sent many mails without a response from the company. When one of the executive by the name of Abhilash (which will be fake as well) answered my call, he confessed to me that the product is fake and he cannot do anything about it since I had bought it under a deal. I am surprised to see this website up and running. Hope you take strict actions against such fraudulent companies.
