Unable to raise ticket

I had purchased Boult Audio AirBass Livebuds in Feburary 2021.
Having some issue I have replaced earbuds in October 2021. And now I am again having issue battery lasts less than 30 minutes.
I tied to raise ticket but getting error that your case on this invoice is still pending. Ticket ID: 00295616...

Once again Bluetooth turned off.

While taking he/she is not able to listen properly and facing battery difficulties

As i started using for first time then, he/she is able to listen very slowly.
After using it for 5-6 days, then he/she is not able to listen properly.
It is told that it will provide 15 hrs, but its not giving that supply...
