Community Issue 😡😡...

I have purchased boult audio pro bass X1 Air on 10/08/21 from Amazon, I received it on 12th Aug.
After using for a month it couldn't been charged by any cord or adapter.
I have a warranty of 6 months so I searched any service center of Boult near by me, But couldn't find it.
So what I have to do to get my warranty and get my Bluetooth repaired....

Microphone Complaint....

During voice call and vidio call our voice is not audiable to another person pls rectify it ...and replce my product...

I have brought boult earphon from Amazon website and it has 1 year warranty but within in 20 days one side stop to working now I want that it should be repair or replace as soon as possible...

My Boult audio probass earphone both sides are not working...

I Purchased this earphone in July. In 4 months only its left earbud stopped working. Left earbud not working....

My boult wireless earphones won't start. The power button doesn't work but when I connect it to the charger and I press the power button it starts but turns off after 2 seconds. There's no time to even to connect to the Bluetooth. It shows 100% charged. I've been using it for for almost an year now. Looking forward to the reply....

I had bought "Boult audio Airbass Truebuds" from amazon with 1 year of warranty .

Within 6 months of buying the product began to disconnect automatically from the device and did not connect back even on full charging.

Regarding Salesforce Ticket ID – 00255292, I am following up since last month but not getting proper response from boult team. I get a repaired earphone but didnt get the earbuds that i sent with my original earphone. I asked to transfer call to a supervisor / manager but no one coming on call. Asked for a call back on mail but still no one called / reverted on mail....

Last night, connect my fods to my phone and it connected and a little time using bolt audio freepods and it's unfortunately very hitting and it's completely off but it doesn't work...
