I bought boult audio combuds Feb 2022 but after few days left buds sound not coming after few days right buds also create problems. i spoke to boult cc and i sent my product to their service center after that i received msg from their end that product has been shipped successfully from their end .The delivery was scheduled on 12 may but when i tried to check my order it showing last updated data last 8may after that didn't update any track data, till now i haven't received my order yet.
Please let me know when you can deliver my order, I am not expecting this kind o[censored]nacceptable behavior from a company like you, do needful as early as possible.
