              Left side earbud not pairing

              I have boult airbass y1 wireless earphones.
              It is under warranty .
              I haven't used it much, around 25-30 hours .

              Its one side is not pairing (left side), the right side is working perfectly .
              I have even reset my phone, and tried to connect to multiple devices also .
              But the same issue arises ....

              I have faced issue in ZCharge Bluetooth Headphone from boult audio. I have requested to resolve 4 issues. They solved only one issue and resent the product. I requested through email regarding this issue. They didn't respond.

                I have ordered and claimed to return back on Amazon on 31st March 2022. But the Amazon has not responded until now the tracking shows attempting to do but it has not yet done. in the details it shows they have done return.
