      I purchased Boult audio oak bassbuds earphone with mic on 25 March 2021. Now earbuds and mic is not working its earphone so clear sound is not coming and also call effective I am in 1 year warranty periods so please solve my problems fastly.

          I bought boult headphones at Oct 28.
          As i started using for first time then, he/she is able to listen very slowly.
          After using it for 5-6 days, then he/she is not able to listen properly.
          It is told that it will provide 15 hrs, but its not giving that supply

                            I have given a complaint on Boultaudio website, saying my earpods are not working fine. Complaint date was 5th of November. Next day they responded through an email and a text message asking me to courier the faulty earpods to their address. I did the same and got a delivery confirmation from the courier service. Its been many days from then and I'm sending continuous emails, but Boult team is not responding at all..
