    Dear sir/madam,

    Am Raja three months before I was purchased Wireless true earbuds Model (AIRBASS MUSEBUDS) on Flipkart. The earbuds problem is battery was working on few hours and then earbuds working only single mode connected, didn't connect on mono mode once Bluetooth connect one earbud only connecting & working another earbud off (or) not connecting conditions. So please accept my complaint

      While Media and playing Music I had good enough volume But my problem is a voice call both outgoing and incoming calls voice is very low. rest of all working fine.

                I had book a head phone on boult audio website on 1st October 2021 I had paid Rs 899 for that product . 11 days over still I not received my product. When I mail them their reply came that the product is out for delivery at it will receive by 11th October 2021 but when I track my product through given ID that is [protected] it shows that the product is delayed. Even when I mail to delhivery courier for same that when I will receive my product they replied same you will receive the product on 11th October 2021.
                I am sharing screen shot that they .mail me.I had shared my bill invoice photo also.
                Pleace help me on.

                              I had purchased Boult audio pro bass curve pro earphone from Amazon on 8th January 2021. The product is under warranty. It's right sided earphone is not working anymore. Kindly help to resolve this issue .
