Hello Team,

I had purchased Boult Audio Airbass FX1 from Amazon on 5th October & Delivered on 11th October ( Invoice No. RJ-SJAC[protected]. The said product after few days became inoperative, even after following the given steps. Kindly help.

          I had bought "Boult audio Airbass Truebuds" from amazon with 1 year of warranty .

          Within 6 months of buying the product began to disconnect automatically from the device and did not connect back even on full charging.

          (6th August 2021)
          I complained against it and was told to send the product for return and replacement. I sent product and over the call I was told my earbuds have been replaced and have been dispatched .

          (24th August 2021)
          When I got the package they sent; it contained an old refurbished earbuds which had dents (physical damage) on it and also the touch sensitivity of left earbuds was not working and also had some battery issues. And they were surely not mine even if they were repaired.

          (26th August 2021)
          I re complained that I was sent a defective, Physically damaged and old product instead of a new product. They asked me to resend the product for return and replacement . I did so .Even before the product was being dispatched I continuously called them and asked them not send the same damaged product since it couldn't even last month and the condition of earphone was bad . Over the phone they promised me that the product has been replaced .

          (22nd October 2021)
          Today when I received the package it contained the same headphone with more defects .i.e. the left side of earphones were hanging and the right side touch control not at all working and the earbuds disconnected automatically with the same battery issues. I immediately called and complained …and now again they are asking me to resend the product.

          Every time I send them the product they send me a worst condition product with more defects even when my product is under warranty.

          I have spent almost 1/3 rd of total price of the earbuds in sending them the product for replacement yet I have not received a good quality product.

          Every Customer expects a product to atleast work till the warranty period and if any issues arise the defective product to be replaced by new product when under the warranty period.

          Please look into the matter and help me getting replacement.

            Regarding Salesforce Ticket ID – 00255292, I am following up since last month but not getting proper response from boult team. I get a repaired earphone but didnt get the earbuds that i sent with my original earphone. I asked to transfer call to a supervisor / manager but no one coming on call. Asked for a call back on mail but still no one called / reverted on mail.

                I have sent my pods through the courier for given address i has been 10 day bit still know i didn't any confirmation message and I have mail them 3 times but i don't even get replay for that, can resolve this issue

                  Hat have you done, wasted my money. It's still not working. The issue is as it is. ??????????????. I am so angry on you. It's one(right side) is still not working. What have you done. Why did you asked me to courier you and wasted my courier amount and this device amount. Better you me new replacement device. Brand new. Or else I will raise a complaint against your company. And I am damb serious about this. Don't take this email lightly. If you don't reply or ignore this email, or if I get any other excuses from you. Then I will raise a complaint. Now send me new replacement device.

                  Hey even i have faced same issues ...i have sent the product multiple times but the product has same or more different issues .

                      I bought boult audio freepods on 2 November 2020, on the month of July 2021 it's case and earbuds stopped working, i then claimed the warranty but after that they didn't replied me back and it's been 3 months now that am keep mailing but not getting any reply back from their side, after 15 days my warranty period will get over and money would get wasted so i need help now from consumer court .

                          Hello,
                          I'm Anuj. I bought Boult X1 wired earphones in March this year and it has been running fine until recently. The product is completely normal physically, no physical damage whatsoever but the left earpiece has stopped working completely.

                            After receiving the email for sending the damaged product (Ticket ID –[protected] for warranty service to the Bolt audio service center, I send the damaged product we are DTDC courier service (consignment number: U12770176 or 0177 because I send two products at the same time the consignment number is not clear to me which one is it.) Now the Courier service is showing that the damaged product is delivered but I didn't receive any email about receiving the product at boult audio service facility. So please respond as soon as possible.

                            The email received for sending the damaged product to Boult audio service facility is attached to this email below.

                                    After one month o[censored]se one side of the boult earphone stopped working. And now both sides are out o[censored]se. This wasn't expected from boult. It was a waste of money. I should get a repalacement or a refund for the product as soon as possible.
