I had book a head phone on boult audio website on 1st October 2021 I had paid Rs 899 for that product . 11 days over still I not received my product. When I mail them their reply came that the product is out for delivery at it will receive by 11th October 2021 but when I track my product through given ID that is [protected] it shows that the product is delayed. Right side earphone not working

I had purchased Boult audio pro bass curve pro earphone from Amazon on 8th January 2021. The product is under warranty. It's right sided earphone is not working anymore. Kindly help to resolve this issue ....

Ear bud not charging

I have a Boult audio air bass Z1 after 2 months o[censored]se it is not charging, after complaint they taken the bud for repairing the. After 3 months I get the product with same problem, now I m help less please resolve the problem, replace my bud since it is in warranty, Boult is a cheating company with no authorised service centre...
