I'd purchased Boult Audio Combuds earphones in the month of October 2020. Initiaitlly the product worked very well, but after 2 months, the right side stopped working. As per their policy, I shipped the product to the service center in Delhi by bearing the cost of Rs80. Then even after the replacement within few days the issue persisted again and I shipped it again. Now the same issue occurred again. Certainly one of the worst product I've come across. As the product is in warranty I need the replacement done properly or any other means like partial refund if possible.

FYI, the product was ordered from Flipkart month end of September and delivered in October.

I bought this product in October 20, 2020 via Amazon.in. It has been in use since then. I had charged it once after it's complete discharge. But after that I am unable to charge it despite following all the care and instructions given in the user manual. When I put it for charging, it doesn't show any light indicator and the earbuds doesn't get charged at all. I even tried switching the chargers of the same specification to see if it is the issue with the charger, but to no avail. It falls under the 1 year warranty that it claims for. I would like you to look into it and do the needful at the earliest.
