I have Purchased Boult Audio ProBass Curve Neckband Bluetooth with Order No : OD[protected] on Flipkart Website on Dt :[protected] . But for last one month Buttons & Micro Phone is not working completely. So Kindly do the needfu on Urgent Basis.

        I bought this product in October 20, 2020 via Amazon.in. It has been in use since then. I had charged it once after it's complete discharge. But after that I am unable to charge it despite following all the care and instructions given in the user manual. When I put it for charging, it doesn't show any light indicator and the earbuds doesn't get charged at all. I even tried switching the chargers of the same specification to see if it is the issue with the charger, but to no avail. It falls under the 1 year warranty that it claims for. I would like you to look into it and do the needful at the earliest.

          It's confuse me how to deal in such cases .

          Please confirm pick up and resolve my issue and give me new product as soon as possible .

          I already face problem in your product since last 3 months I waiting for replacement .

          So give me best service ans give me new product or else return my money .

            3mm jack of earphone is band due to which I'm not able to hear properly. And the left side of the earphone is having gitter kind of sound but the right working perfectly.

                      In my boult freepods as and when i pause the music and just turn off my screen it gets disconnected and sometimes gets turned off . This is happening repeatedly.

                                    Long back I have raised the request for repair/replacement of my boult AirBass Twinpods. Your team arranged a courier for pick up and repaired and delivered successfully. Thanks for all these processes.
                                    Now I have a few queries.

                                    1. Have you asked for feedback?
                                    2. After it is repaired, was your team tested once?

                                    I think the answer is NO. Now the feedback from my side is

                                    1. Twinpod charger is not working.
                                    2. Both left and right ones discharged within 10 mins on continuous usage on full charge.

                                    So kindly this time replace it fully or return the amount. This mail sent 7 days ago.

                                    Still not received any response. That is forcing me to go in consumer forum.
