    Boult Audio Bassbuds X1 Wired Headset
    I bought product on 20 November 2020 through Flipkart. even it still works correctly to max 3 months, now it could not work properly, the sound is not coming from one side.

    so, I request to exchange this least time

          I purchased boult audio pro boss flow x bluetooth hedset from Flipkart, purchasing date 20 July 2020. Still under warranty.
          Boult Audio customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          It's 30 june now 15 days over to my compline I didn't get any response.
          I want refund.

                    Boult audio is not responding our complaints .After sale and service is not being provided by this company moreover we are sending the product to the company for repair on our cost .the remberssement of courier charges is not being remberrsed by the company .It is violation of after sale and service rules and also consumer laws. Please look int your matter regarding the courier charges
                    ticket no /complaint no.of product--136163 and 223430
                    date -27/10/20 and11/12/20
                    now, the product is completely out of order 3rd time . i am fed up with quality and service of the product and the company( boult audio) respectively.
                    service is very poor so i want to refund the whole amount(Rs.2, 199) with
                    repair courier charges (Rs.180 x 2=Rs.360) total amount--Rs=2559.

                          Mic not working on my Boult X1 earphones

                          The audio in my Bolt X1 earphones one day suddenly glitched, but after a moment the audio was audible clearly but when I attended a call the listener wasn't able to hear me but I was able to hear him perfectly . So I knew there is a problem in the earphones ( The warranty period is still not over, So I request to look over this problem.

                            I bought my Boult audio product last year. As I faced issued with the product 2 months back I sent my product to your service center. My ticket ID is 68844. Whenever I called customer care and enquired about my product they said that due to lockdown service centre is closed and may take time. 2 weeks before my product was replaced and send to my address and was later returned to the warehouse itself stating that my address was incorrect which was correct. Around one week back when I called your customer service an employee told that my product would be dispatched within 48 HRS. After 48 HRS since I hadn't received any sort of tracking ID for my product i enquired for the same and they told sorry for the inconvenience caused and said they would dispatch the product within 24 HRS . After 24 HRS when I called they said only after 1 week they would dispatch my product. If it was like this what was the need for saying like within 48 / 24 HRS you would dispatch my product.
                            PLEASE DONT FOOL YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS. I AM NOT AT ALL SATISFIED WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I AM REALLY MISSING MY PRODUCT AND WANT IT ASAP OR ELSE KEEP THE PRODUCT AND GIVE ME THE MONEY AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE I SPEND FOR IT. WITHIN A DAY I NEED TO KNOW THE RESPONSE FROM YOUR SIDE. AND WITH ALL DUE RESPECT BOULT AUDIO IS A VERY REPUTED COMPANY AND WHY ARE YOU SHOWING LIKE THIS TO YOUR CUSTOMERS . ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS AND TILL NOW A VERY REPUTED COMPANY LIKE YOU COULDNT EVEN SAY A SPECIFIC DATE WHEN YOU COULD DISPATCH MY PRODUCT.
