      Recently I had retuned my Boult audio probass curve neckband Bluetooth headset against my replacement request. But till date I couldn't get return my replacement as on date.           I bought Boult Audio ProBass Curve Neckband Bluetooth Headset from flipkart on 12/10/2020 and it got delivered on 17/10/21. Since then it was working properly but since 25/06/2021 there is no sound in the ear on the right side.

              I got this product delivered to me on 2nd of may. And it was working fine till yesterday. And today morning it is not turning on. I tried to charge it but no response. It is not working ever since. It is not even 2 months. And I use it with so much care. I want it resolved asap

                                The left earbud is not working properly and having a connecting issue. It is not getting charged as well.
