Boult audio livebuds not getting charged

Both earplugs are not getting charged even after fully charging the case, case is showing charging always, it's not working...

Boult audio curve probass ..

Hlo sir, my name is pawan kumar..
we are purchasing a boult audio probass earphones last year july 2020, my earphones is totally damage, I had filed the complaint on 16th June of last week. to which i didn't get any answer, I didn't get any response from that so I have lodged my complaint with you.

Boult Audio Airbass Freepods (Black)

I've purchased these freepods on 18th march 2021, but it is very bad quality as the pods don't get off even after putting it in case. I have mailed this issue to boult, but no response from their side & their number is not working and even they have raised pickup 5 days ago which is not yet picked up. I am frustrated with this product and I want a refund for it now...

I have purchased this last month. I never purchase such a worst product in my life. unfortunately, someone called me the same day which I was made the purchase he asked me to give a rating. Just for 10min usage, I have given a 4-star rating. Then I have started using for a couple of weeks later. the case is charging but the device is always showing batter empty. I have raised complaints against the issue. No use. worst customer service. waste...

Earphones not working MKM

Bluetooth earphone right side is not working

I order Boult audio pro buster bluetooth earphone from Amazon which got delivered 6 Nov 2020 and past 1 month the right side of my earphone is not working properly, some time it works and sometimes it doesn't. Replacement of my earphone under warranty.

I am unable to send the mail in any of you mail IDs. I was asked to send the invoice. And kindly help me where to send the invoice. Because you guys are not helping it. If I'm trying the customer care number, I'm not unable to contact the same. Help me as soon as you can.

Regarding malfunctioning of one of my earpod.

I have to recently raised a complaint on boult website regarding one of my earpod (right side) not working from 18/06/2021. I bought that on last year on 05/08/2020 online from Tatacliq. I asked about the status of my complaint from
customer care no. [protected], they told me that product will be picked up soon for repair/replacement. But till today no action has been taken from boult. My ticket no. is 00136141. It is humble request...

Not handle complaint properly

Boult audio propods

I have purchased my product " bault audiopropods" from amazon on 11 may 2021 and today is 28 june 2021. I don't know how but it is not working at all. it is connecting to phone but not working. Please take this in consideration. It is in warranty but still not working so please consider it and help me.
