I had purchased Boult Audio BassBuds X1 5 months ago. Now one side of the earphone is not working. I complained and claimed for warranty through call and email both but they seem to show no response. I have just been given a ticket no 00148719.
They say, usually it takes 24-48 hrs to be responded back but it has been over 5 days, and I still haven't received any progressive email showing actual interest in it. I called the customer care number but they said the same thing that you will be responded soon.
In short, I feel that they are just stalling this issue. I am really unhappy with their customer care service although I loved the product very much.
