        I have bought airpods in which one airpod is not working.. I have submitted the ticket at 22nd July..and didn't get any response ... Then I have called in service center and they replied to me that their service boy would pickup at given address... But still no contact from their side... Vicky Kaushal and kirti Senen such a popular actor and actress promoting your brand.. shame on you... Such a disspointment... I willl never suggest anyone to buy Boult product

          I had purchased Boult Audio BassBuds X1 5 months ago. Now one side of the earphone is not working. I complained and claimed for warranty through call and email both but they seem to show no response. I have just been given a ticket no 00148719.
          They say, usually it takes 24-48 hrs to be responded back but it has been over 5 days, and I still haven't received any progressive email showing actual interest in it. I called the customer care number but they said the same thing that you will be responded soon.

          In short, I feel that they are just stalling this issue. I am really unhappy with their customer care service although I loved the product very much.

            My boult audio bassbuds X1 in -ear wired earphones is not working properly .One side of ear is not working, and other things are also not working.please replace this items from new one as fast se possible.thank you

              The Sales service is very poor in Boult Audio because I registered my complain of my product Boult Air BassZ1 on 17 June, 2021 and it is in warranty. The Bluetooth connecting issue is the problem and Ihave mentioned on the complain. I got an email from that Boult Audio that my pick up will be done in 2-3 days but no action was taken. Then I called the Boult Audio on 25th June, I told them that my poduct has not been picked up by your shipping company. So after that the Boult Audio staff said me on the call that I'm sending you the mail and the Courier Company will come on 25 June, 2021 or the next. From that day till now no one has come to me to pick the product ot taken any action.

                    I requested for replacement for my headphones but i didn't get it now whenever i call to customer care no one picks the call and if someone pick then after a seconds cut the call and soemtimes the customer care no. not respond all busy i want my headphone and plus no refund id updated . and response is given by boult.

                                  I'm devanshi a 9th grade student and my dad got these for me, he ordered them through amazon on the 14th of January, 2021.Lately in the middle the voice break also of and i cannot her anything sometimes i cannot directly cannot hear anything even though they are fully charged. Please give refund or change the piece.

                                    I purchased this product on 25-jun-2021, at start they were working fine, but now when I listen to the songs they get disconnected automatically for 4-5 sec, sometimes any 1 of them gets disconnected for 4-5 sec at random time intervals, and at high volume the bass gets distorted, the touch is also not very responsive .. I want a exchange as my product is in warranty period
