I have purchased this last month. I never purchase such a worst product in my life. unfortunately, someone called me the same day which I was made the purchase he asked me to give a rating. Just for 10min usage, I have given a 4-star rating. Then I have started using for a couple of weeks later. the case is charging but the device is always showing batter empty. I have raised complaints against the issue. No use. worst customer service. waste of money.

    Had purchased Boult earphones from Amazon, which is currently not working, crackling sound and unable to hear anything, suggest on how to get this fixed as this is under warranty.

          I order Boult audio pro buster bluetooth earphone from Amazon which got delivered 6 Nov 2020 and past 1 month the right side of my earphone is not working properly, some time it works and sometimes it doesn't. I wanted to get repaired as it is under warranty period. I am attaching invoice of the product. Kindly help

              I am unable to send the mail in any of you mail IDs. I was asked to send the invoice. And kindly help me where to send the invoice. Because you guys are not helping it. If I'm trying the customer care number, I'm not unable to contact the same. Help me as soon as you can.

              It's been more than a week and I am still not able to replace my earphone ( under warranty). The invoice I had already sent. But there's no response from you all.

                  I have to recently raised a complaint on boult website regarding one of my earpod (right side) not working from 18/06/2021. I bought that on last year on 05/08/2020 online from Tatacliq. I asked about the status of my complaint from
                  customer care no. [protected], they told me that product will be picked up soon for repair/replacement. But till today no action has been taken from boult. My ticket no. is 00136141. It is humble request to you please look into the matter and do the needful. I am enclosing my invoice copy for ready reference.

                    My name is Yogesh Ghag. I had purchased boult earphones from amazon i have faced below problem with earphones
                    1. Mic is not working properly, My voice is not audible to other person while calling
                    2. Speaker doesn't give proper sound

                    Still this issues not solved.
                    Request you to kindly look into the matter.

                      I've complaint about earbuds case regarding on 19/04/2021 /Reff No.00082232, They Repaired my product in 40 days, and returned me on 05/06/21, there is ok and product was repaired but after 15 days problem got started, my left earbud stop working and now they are not taking calls on their official customer care no. wich is +91 [protected], unable to talk to them, only i can send them email only, itry to reach them via emails also on their official email Id which is "[protected]@boultaudio.com", they till date note replied me from any support mail. also i registered my complaint after so many mails and Ticket ID is :[protected]/06/21) but still they are not doing anything after registering complaint... please help and ban this kind of companies which is not providing service.they took money only. i lost my 1299/-

                          Right ear plug is not working

                          We register for warranty on monday[protected]we also called customer care they told us we will be resolved within a week but no one has came and no response we want the repair.....

                            I have purchased my product " bault audiopropods" from amazon on 11 may 2021 and today is 28 june 2021. I don't know how but it is not working at all. it is connecting to phone but not working. Please take this in consideration. It is in warranty but still not working so please consider it and help me.

                                Hi,

                                I had some issues with Headset which I procured from Amazon. Since it was covered under warranty, I registered a complaint to Boult Audio email ([protected]@boultaudio.com) support and got a reply that headset will be replaced. After few days, I received a message that a courier guy will come and pick the faulty one and they did. Boult team also assured that the replacement headset will be provided as there are delays because of Covid. Now that the faulty headset is picked and the team is not yet responding to my emails. I need an update at the earliest "WHETHER I WILL GET A REPLACEMENT OR WILL I BE REFUNDED?".

                                  I was told to mail the invoice from Complaint Boult. But then I'm unable to do it. Is there any other way to send the invoice so that i can replace my earphone as soon as possible?
