I just bought a AirBass TrueBuds Extra Bass from Amazon on February 2nd. Now i couldn't hear the left bud properly for the past 3 weeks. I need to repair it or you just give me a replacement. I'm also attaching the invoice. Need a positive reply ASAP

                        I orderd the earphone in flipcart the earphone's warranty is 1 years i used the earphone 4 months but the earphone mic do not working and speak's were not get me proper sound provide thick sound while playing games and music etc. I check the earphone but i can't understood .                                 I purchased your product boult audio curve from flipkart on May 10 2021. I don't know what is wrong but the left earphone is not working properly(No physical damage has being done to the device).
