I orderd the earphone in flipcart the earphone's warranty is 1 years i used the earphone 4 months but the earphone mic do not working and speak's were not get me proper sound provide thick sound while playing games and music etc. I check the earphone but i can't understood . Please help me

          I purchased your product boult audio curve from flipkart on May 10 2021. I don't know what is wrong but the left earphone is not working properly(No physical damage has being done to the device).                       The bluetooth boult audio groove is suddenly stop working on 19-May-2021. I buy it from amazon on 24-October-2020. There is also an issue of language that is its greetings language changed automatically from english to chinese or japanese i dont know. Please repair it or replace it as soon as possible.

                                    The product was heating too much with 5 to 10mins it was heated too much.. And also the battery was drain within 15mins .. J was charged to 100% within 15mins it was drain 10% and it will be shut down..
