I have sent bult audio flow X at place of Exotic Mile, new delhi by indiapost (speedpost ) . Don't give me response to you collect or not this parcel. Defect of one side of earphone not working. Please reply and quick delivery back with replacement of this product with solution .

                    Earphone not working and are in warranty

                    I bought boult earphone from flipkart on 18 august last year and are not working and there was a one year warranty on the product so i request you to replace my product as my product is under one year of warranty period.

                    I have buy a wireless earphones from Boult and it having issues then I have send to the company after that I have received again defective product. Then I have reopen my ticket and again send then they are not send my earphones back. I have updated my address it is have approxed 19 days and total day of dispatch is more than 45. I am very much disappointed from Boult. Service is very poor. Please take a strict action. My ticket id is 00015458

                          HI,

                          Registered warranty complaint on 8th of April 2021, under Ticket ID 00072356 for not device not powering on.

                          only automatized mail replied received from company end.

                          i myself call Customer support for update on complaint, customer support executive said device will be picked up in 72 hours

                          again myself called customer support for and update on 13th April 2021 as there was no pick up was done beyond 72 hours.

                          customer support executive are not responding the properly to customer.

                          and this the 2nd time device stopped working
