Respected Authority,

My Boult AUDIO PROBASS BUSTER BLUETOOTH HEADPHONES WITH MIC which I bought from amazon website which has not even completed 1 month but its one side of earbuds is not working and nothing is audible at all. The other side is also creating issues. It has 1 year warranty period so kindly do whatever is needed and give justice to my money I spent believing your product. I am heavily hurt by the product because its cost huge and it is damaged in less than 1 month.

I request you to kindly look into the matter at the soonest.

                    Replacement/repair under warranty

                    The volume of my new ear phones purchased on 7th april from Flipkart is very low. The volume button on the earphones (if any, because I am not able to figure out where the volume button is on the the earphones but on the product details it does show that there is one) is also not working in order to bring back the volume to normal. I request you please address my complaint and either replace or repair the product as soon as possible....
