                  I have purchased boult tru5ive pro earbuds on 10 Nov.2020 and without any breakage its lost connectivity many times and less backup voice break again and again and some times voice is not clear, sound of songs not clear on high volume please resolve my problem as soon as possible.                     My Boult Audio Bassbuds X1 Wired Headset is facing problem since long time, it is creating issue while calling, listening song, video calls, etc.
                    I've purchase it on 09-jan-2021 and look not so long but it is creating problem please do the needful I'm not suppose to manage these thing will you take action on this and keep your customer happy.

                      Greetings of the day.

                      I purchased a Boult Audio AirBass
                      Probuds Bluetooth Headset on 27th July2020, which was delivered on 2nd August 2020. It is in one years manufacturer warranty.

                      Invoice is attached.

                      However the left piece is dead, its not even accepting charge when Placed inside the box.

                      Tried calling on [protected], was informed that i will get a link - however no link received to file the complaint.

                      Request quick support, i am in work from home status and Bluetooth headset is a must for me to work.

                      Awaiting help and support.

                                The mic is not working of my pods. I always speak but the voice is not audible to my teacher. And when i disconnect the pods, my voice is audible to the teacher. Its baterry also get ded after few time only. I request the Boult Audio company to look towards my problems as soon as possible. And would also like to tell you that my product is in its warranty period.
