One earbuds pair with phone where the other dosent and the one which does not connect just charges all the time.

I purchased boult airbase freepods .the right site is not working from the date of purchase on flipkart when i go to write camplaint, there is no product name of product i purchased that is boult airbass freepods. And Warrenty registration there also no this product name. I want replacement pls ans

My Boult probs q overhead headphone purchased from Amazon it was working amazing but suddenly it damaged from upper side of extender ..Device is working properly but it is broked automatically please replace this product and give me a new one 🙏🙏

I have purchased the boult audio curve from amazon on 24th may 2020 but it has been only 3 months and i am unable to hear sound from one side of the product. Therefore, i would like to either replace, repair or refund, whatever i possible but the fastest way to resolve the issue since it is causing me utter disappointment and inconvenience. The order number of the product is[protected] and i have filed a complaint on th official website where my support ticket id no is 85871 where u can find the invoice of the order and all the necessary details, if details not mentioned then call me on [protected] but rsolve the issue at it's earlist.

I had send the product for repair to company in delhi. This was withing 10 days of buying the product. I received the product back but incomplete without charging wire and spare earbuds. If i pay for a product i would want the product as a whole.

My head phone is not working properly... Bass of head phone is damped..!!

After week its automatically switching off and switching on and yesterday its switched off and not switching on

It's been a month that my earphone are not working. Initially problem related to on and off arise than suddenly it got dead, also speaker are not working properly. Please resolve this problem

On 20th august, 2020 i made a complaint on https://support.boultaudio.com/ of which i got the reply that there has been a ticket number generated for me. The complaint was that after using product boult audio airbass livebuds bluetooth headset (Black) for near 2 months my left earbud stopped working and i at the same time registered my compaint regarding the same and to claim the 1year warranty of my product boult audio airbass livebuds bluetooth headset (Black) which was purchased on 24 june, 2020 for inr 2500 from amazon. Now that a ticket was generated i had to further include my other details which included invoice and i sure did all the procedures correctly. Now, i was asked to post my product to their address adding my ticket no. (I. E. 58912) and registered mobile no. On the packet to claim my warranty but once i recieved the mail on 02.09.2020 regarding successful product delivery to their address it has been 12 days and i have no information regarding my product. I emailed them once again for this and they did not sent me any replies so i decided to register my compaint on indian consumer complaints forum. Please look into this and resolve it asap. Thank you

I bought my livebuds two month ago but from last week i've been facing problems with the right bud. It doesn't get charged no matter how long i keep it in the case or charge it. Also, even when it shows it's charged to 80% it drops to 30% in 5 minutes and in another minute it switches off.
Please arrange for replacement.

When i last purchased boult audio airbass product in august 2020 i have lost its charging box so i ordered a new box so i can use both but what happened is really a problem for me because the new product and old product sizes are different and so that the charging is not happening in old pods
