Hi team
I have purchased boult audio curve bluetooth earphones on aug 14 2020

After week its automatically switching off and switching on and yesterday its switched off and not switching on

Please let me we need that to be fixed and tell me what can i do for this

    It's been a month that my earphone are not working. Initially problem related to on and off arise than suddenly it got dead, also speaker are not working properly. Please resolve this problem

            Sir,
            On 20th august, 2020 i made a complaint on https://support.boultaudio.com/ of which i got the reply that there has been a ticket number generated for me. The complaint was that after using product boult audio airbass livebuds bluetooth headset (Black) for near 2 months my left earbud stopped working and i at the same time registered my compaint regarding the same and to claim the 1year warranty of my product boult audio airbass livebuds bluetooth headset (Black) which was purchased on 24 june, 2020 for inr 2500 from amazon. Now that a ticket was generated i had to further include my other details which included invoice and i sure did all the procedures correctly. Now, i was asked to post my product to their address adding my ticket no. (I. E. 58912) and registered mobile no. On the packet to claim my warranty but once i recieved the mail on 02.09.2020 regarding successful product delivery to their address it has been 12 days and i have no information regarding my product. I emailed them once again for this and they did not sent me any replies so i decided to register my compaint on indian consumer complaints forum. Please look into this and resolve it asap. Thank you

              I bought my livebuds two month ago but from last week i've been facing problems with the right bud. It doesn't get charged no matter how long i keep it in the case or charge it. Also, even when it shows it's charged to 80% it drops to 30% in 5 minutes and in another minute it switches off.
              Please arrange for replacement.

                      When i last purchased boult audio airbass product in august 2020 i have lost its charging box so i ordered a new box so i can use both but what happened is really a problem for me because the new product and old product sizes are different and so that the charging is not happening in old pods

                            . It has very poor customer care service. Battery issues as well as does not work suddenly. Such poor customer care. Nobody to solve issues.

                              I ordered the product on amazon and received it on 8th sep, 2020. I charged the product before pairing for an hour. I see the blue light is on continuously and the device is not detectable in any of my bluetooth piring devices like phone or laptop. Needed help to resolve it.

                                I purchased Boult Audio ProBass Curve Wireless Earphones from Amazon on 18-Aug-2020. It was working fine initially but since yesterday (08-Sep-2019) it is NOT CHARGING. When I am putting it on charge, the red light is glowing for a few seconds and then turning off by itself! I am not able to use the earphone.
                                I need it to be replaced asap.

                                  Few months back i sent my product via indian speed post with ticket id 19179/19189 (Two ids were generated by mistake).
                                  The product was sent by me on 20 june by till now i haven't received my product back...
                                  On contacting them i am always made assured that it would be shipped with 1-2 days... But till now it haven't been send... The customer care doesn't have proper answer and when i ask them to transfer the call to senior authority they don't do that saying it is not possible...
                                  If they can't send my product they should say...
                                  The executive says that their team member will contact me back in this regard but from the beginning there is not a single response made by them... Everytime i myself contact them for every single detail i want to get...
                                  For this neither i can file a case in police nor i can visit consumer court if i do so i will be believed as stupid... Which i think the company is too thinking...

                                    Sir i recently purchased boult bluetooth headset from flipkart. After 6 month use product not working. I contact the boult audio customer service they suggested send that product to mentioned address, i will send my product through india post, and they provided ticket no 1739. My product send on may 3rd but till now there is no reply, i daily call the boult audio customer care they are saying wait for two days. But till now iam not received any product from boult audio. Plese check my ticket number and solve my problem as soon as possible... Thank you sir

                                        Earphones are not working after removing from the charger though the charging is full.
                                        It is getting switch off immediately after detaching from the charging cable.
