I m purchase boult curve pro bass headfone. Only 22 days pass i m listning music & headfone automatic turning off.

I have many times trying to charging but not turning on.
Very poor quality for boult. No anyone take action boult audio. Consumer forum take action required for boult. Only cheated no action boult.

        @BoultAudio *improve your after sales service* Almost 2 months i am waiting for my product..many time mail and call to customer care but no buddy any response i feel no value for the customer...very poor services...

                Boult audio company is a fraud company...

                I send my headphone for repair in the month of june till date I haven't received the product.On 28 july 2020 one off they Senior representative Mrs Mukti Minj give me dispatch tracking after 1 month the tracking number is - [protected] but when i see in blue dart website for track there show the record is not found.. after 28 july 2020. Every time and every day when i call, in boult audio customer representative...

                      not delivering my product after problems resolved at new delhi service center of boult..

                      Boult support executive is dispatching the product from blue dart courier services and received back the product and saying to me that blue dart do not provide the services at my home address and again second time also bolt support team sending the product from the blue dart courier services.
                      As i already spoke to boult customer support executive that if blue dart courier services do not have delivery services at my home address then...

                      My product was not working then i complaint nd send our product to service centre by courier against ticket no.15755 dated 19/06/2020 after that i recd a another product on 03/07/2020 bt this product was faulty nd not working properly again i complaint nd send again our product to service centre against ticket no.16855 bt till now my problm is not resolved. I m countinously contancting boult customer care bt every time executives give me fake commitments again n again every time his executives tell me false commitment...then i mailing bt not rply behalf of my emails...kindly take a strict action nd resolve my problm nd dispatch my new product as soon as possible.

                        It was best neckband but suddenly one earbud stopped working... As per advice had sent my product to the service center on 20th May 2020 itself... Till now I didn't received it back.

                        No proper updates.., if I call, after hearing my compliment they'll cut the call.

                        Pathetic experience ever.

                                  I recently purchased a boult audio product from amazon online... Which has a one year warranty
                                  Yes it has a warranty card inside it with a qr code, but as i scanned it the web page shows page not found or error 404
                                  But i managed to register it from their official site... But they haven't yet send me a feedback or a reply that your warranty has been registered
                                  So how do i know that the product is under warranty or not
