My black boult curve "earphone's battery" is defective, and it is imperfect in charging by time, and some times the battery got down automatically, so i have to do complaint due to faulty product which i got.. Because it has been only 3 or 4 months completed, so which is in the warranty period, however please let my product keep in warranty.~your faithfully customer.

    I purchased a boult audio bluetooth neckband on 09/08/2019. But now the left side headphone is not working. It is still in warranty period. I dropped a mail in complaints department. But still there is no revert.
    I want my product to be replaced or repaired on urgent basis.

    As I am talking to my friend since one hour in Bluetooth device I suddenly stopped hearing voice of my friend. May be there is some hearing problem in the device.

      I bought a boult curve neckband in ear with mic from amazon on 01/10/2019 with one year brand warrnty. But after some time i faced some problem in right side speaker, and now right side speaker not working.in my city no custmeor service for bolut product, so i tried to complaints many ways but there is no link & not able to use this product. On amazon no detailing for how to redeem warrnty on bolut product, so i tried to complanits online in bolut website but boluit website on maintance with a tag of we are coming soon. There is no change

      So please solve my problem

      Boult Audio Pro Bass Sonic Bluetooth Headset with Mic not working . Both earphones are not working. Very Poor quality. As this is in warranty period i want it to be replaced with new one.
      I bought a boult audio probass curve from flipkart in the end of September 2019 which has stopped working.
      Sir / madam oi have purchased boult audio curve from amazon, still it covers under the warranty and there is no battery back up and it is not working any, do please help me

        It was good until now. Suddenly earphones doesn’t maintain stable connection with any device. It shuts off automatically within 5 seconds. It’s still in my warranty period so I want a replace for the item

                The right speaker of the earphone is not working
                Only the left speaker is working i have changed that buds too but still the right speaker is not working i have also added the photo of the headset

                I am facing this problem from 2days...
                So please resolve this as fast as possible...

                Boult headsets are super so we are using them please resolve this problem

                    I had purchased boult audio wireless space gray.in two months product malfunctioned so i had to send defective piece at my cost at delhi office. And then sent me new product after more than 1 week. Again product malfunctioned in 2 months and again in 1 month and last replacement that i received was used and rugged.

                    So they lowest quality product and customer service is at lowest and they dont care like you have to open their mouth to get reply after i told them that i will file complain with consumer court.

                    I would never recommand products from boult audio

                      My headset is not working more than 2 hours even i charged fully,
                      I am getting low battery alerts when i have 50% ob battery and getting switched off immediately.

Though the earphones were working fine, but unfortunately it is not working properly for the last 4 days. I can hear the sound by only one ear (Right), the other side of earphone is not working.

                                    This website is fake, I'm not getting any proper response regarding replacement of this product. I tired so many times to contact with customer service centre of this product they said that they will come and replace but no one come. I'm not able to replace this product not even getting my money back, They said sent us your invoice we will work that, In 5 days you will get your refund amount. I sent them my invoice on 12/11/2019 but still I didn't get and answer from them..

                                      I brought boult audio pro bass curve wireless headphones throught in flipkart 18th Oct 19 now I use in 2 months but not it is behaving in unusual way the middle button also not working & chagering lite also not working properly so I had claim warranty they asked me to send the product throught courier I just hopes I get my New boult audio pro bass curve wireless headphones product please kindly responsible soon
