    The headphone which i have that is the boult flex q 12 is stopping sometimes when otis playing some song or something. First it was just making some sound then slowly slowly it started to stop like for few milliseconds. Then it started to stop for a second and i am facing a big problem in this. I want to just listen to my songs and will you just resolve this problem this fast. Please resolve this problem fast

      On off switch not working mobile number [protected].And also I'm unable to carry despite of battery low.so, try to change my product.Because I'm unable to use the product is totally waste of cost.       Dear Concern,
      I have bought this device in Sept 2019 from Amazon.in and few days back I started facing issues with the band which is still in Warranty.
      The device is not getting charged properly and in case if its charged indicating blue light then it doesnt getting on tried multiple times. Seeking help to resolve this case on urgent basis.
      They should on nd then off nd not connect to any device plz fix this problm

          I have ordered boult audio headphone, after a month one side speaker stopped working. So i sent a mail to boult for warranty claim. They asked me to send the product to their delhi office and i sent. That it from that point no response from their end so basically i end up paying 1, 500 to a company like a donation.

          I want new product as promised in warranty

            I want to service my boult audio curve and I have an one year warranty card and it is not working in two months
            My ear phone is not taking call .I bought it in June 2019 and it is still under warranty period. When I connect my bluetooth with my phone and take call .I can't hear anything in my bluetooth headphones.

              My black boult curve "earphone's battery" is defective, and it is imperfect in charging by time, and some times the battery got down automatically, so i have to do complaint due to faulty product which i got.. Because it has been only 3 or 4 months completed, so which is in the warranty period, however please let my product keep in warranty.~your faithfully customer.

                  I bought a boult curve neckband in ear with mic from amazon on 01/10/2019 with one year brand warrnty. But after some time i faced some problem in right side speaker, and now right side speaker not working.in my city no custmeor service for bolut product, so i tried to complaints many ways but there is no link & not able to use this product. On amazon no detailing for how to redeem warrnty on bolut product, so i tried to complanits online in bolut website but boluit website on maintance with a tag of we are coming soon. There is no change

                  Boult Audio Pro Bass Sonic Bluetooth Headset with Mic not working . Both earphones are not working. Very Poor quality. As this is in warranty period i want it to be replaced with new one.

                            Only the left speaker is working i have changed that buds too but still the right speaker is not working i have also added the photo of the headset

                                I had purchased boult audio wireless space gray.in two months product malfunctioned so i had to send defective piece at my cost at delhi office. And then sent me new product after more than 1 week. Again product malfunctioned in 2 months and again in 1 month and last replacement that i received was used and rugged.

                                So they lowest quality product and customer service is at lowest and they dont care like you have to open their mouth to get reply after i told them that i will file complain with consumer court.

                                I would never recommand products from boult audio

                                      The item I bought (BOULT AUDIO Q9) is no longer in use. The power is off now.It was off while I was using it.You have to solve my problem as soon as possible

Now my earphone is not working properly when I connect to any device, its sound comes on and off that I feel disturbed in listening to the music. I request you to please replace this device as possible

                                        I have bought "boult audio probass curve neckband wireless bluetooth in-ear earphones with mic (Red) price 899(Including tax) from flipkart .[protected],
                                        My order number was OD[protected]. My earphone stopped working after one month ten days only as I was out of country I could not make a complaint.It is still in its warranty period. I want my headphone to be repaired immediately or else to be replaced.

                                        Requesting for prompt action on my complaint.

                                        Boult Audio customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I have purchase of boult neck curve headphones before 3 month.
                                        But one side speaker not working.
                                        These headphones are warranty
                                        I bought my device on october 2019 but device is not working now power is not getting on ... i want a replacement unit of the same hope you will cooperate.
