1 july i am buy boult audio bass buds from flipkart in 375 rs. After 2 month right side earbuds not working. Then i am contact flipkart but he only providing service centre number after that i am contact with boult service centre. Service centre says courier us. Then send addres of courier center, the courier center is in new delhi, and cost of courier is rs 200 +, how can i solve my prb i am not rich to courier or buy new earphone. Please solve my problem please
I have ordered boult earphone from Flipkart aap there was 1years warrenty of earphone now after 3months later it was not working properly and it's buttons where also not working so I am so much disappointed from these product
Boult bluetooth purchase time 1 month only and he is work not properly not a good sound and not vibration and your this product is not good so please kindly pick up your headphone and give me money
FYI My recently purchased Boult Audio probass curve neckband wireless bluetooth inEar Earphone with mic (Black) (B07LG59NPV) not working so kindly check the attached invoice and replace the new one.

    I had bought boult audio curve neckband earphones on 14th august from amazon but it has some prblm with on and off nd it it not working. The product is defective. Charging does not last. There is problem while starting it. Its not even been a month and the product is not working properly.. And i think many ppl have same complaint about this. So plz kindly replace my product.
    I couldn't hear the voice of my Boult headfone n having charging problm which doesn't last 4 3hr also..

      Its get automatically off and again we have to on the bluetooth and it not working proper.
      And we are getting some sort noise in the bluetooth and if we shake the bluetooth its get off and they is no vibration

      My boult audio probass Bluetooth device was fallen down from 5 feet, and it is not working from that ... What's the problem .. worst device I ever seen .. it's the first time .. it was fallen down .. and it's the reason for not working

          I have received a defective piece the power button doesn't work properly so the song cannot be paused while playing and the buttons on the earphones are loose and make noise.The earphones built quality is not that good. There is mere bass effect. I can't replace the product through amazon as the return date has passed. Amazon customer service have asked me to contact Boult Audio customer care service and ask them for the refund or replacement of the product

            So i’ve bought it from myntra app on 31 march around i’ve been using this product for a while and it was superb experience but now on it occurs some problems in that neckband its not working properly and in right earpiece its beeping and irritating sound, and then afterwards its not connecting and not even charging. My neck band is under warranty so i request you to help me out of this!!!

            I want to replace if it’s possible or to service it!!!
            I've been using this headphones for one month now. But, the problem started yesterday as i went to start my headset it doesn't get started but later on when i put it to the charger, it was working fine but after i taken off the charger it switched off itself automatically. I'm not even being able to switch it on while not in charge.
            I've purchased a new Boult curve Neckband from Amazon on 30th July 2019, it was working fine but from the last week the battery not lasts for even 2 hours after fully charged and also it is not functioning properly, I would like a replacement for my product

                I have purchased boult curve bluetooth headset on 5 may 2019. After working for 3 months the power button is not working even after full charge.. It is not getting on. I want this replaced.. Please get my set replaced on priority. I have tried switching on the headset multiple times but it is not working..                   I bought boult audio neckband bluetooth headset on nov-18 via myndra,
                  My invoice number is [protected].

                  At the beginning its battery backup good.

                  Now it has a battery issue. Its stands for 20 min only.

                  I already mail boult on daily basis. But no response.

                  I call them too. But they not connect my call. Once i select the language its automatically disconnected.

                  Very worst customer service.

                    I have purchased boult audio bassbuds timber in-ear headphones on 16 july and i got it on 19 july.
                    I am using it now for 1 month only and now audio from 1 side is coming very very low. The speaker cover was getting separated. From yesterday the audio is coming very low.
                    Please exchange the product and please provide customer care contact number to contact and explain the issue.
                    I really liked the headphone audio quality but this one side low audio is disappointing.

                      I bought an boult curve bluetooth headset on 21 april by amazon and after the use of 2-3 months, it stopped working because of some technical issues .
                      Its one of the ear bud's wire was disconnected by the weilding of the machine and its microphone was also not working.
                      So, I want to replace this product from the boult audio company.

                        My boult audio is not working after 1month. his power button is not working device is not on. doesn't connect the device with mobile. I can't use this device.

                          I've been using this earphones for one month now. But, the problem started yesterday as i went to start my headset it doesn't get started but later on when i put it to the charger, it was working fine but after i teken off the charger it switched off itself automatically.                           I had purchased Boult Audio Loop 2-3 months before. It was working great but now a days it's not working properly when I connected to my phone. Suddenly it increases or decrease the volume... Weird things happens. So for some days I stop using it. I hope if get replace as soon as possible

                            I had purchased the bluetooth headphone of boult for rs 1486/- dated 25 jan 2019 from myntra website. Thereafter, i faced numerous issues relating to my headphone at present the right side earphone has stopped working, kindly find the attachment of the bill purchased,

                            Sending the details after communicating the main branch, kindly consider this as a serious issue and resolved it on the urgent bases.

                            Note: i already drop mail to ([protected]@boultaudio.com) complaint team but i did not get any serious response from them, i daily asked for update but no luck,

                                I ordered a boult audio bassbuds loup earphone on amazon.in on 26 june 2019. It was delivered to me in 4 days. At the time of delivery product was in good condition. After using it 4 to 6 days, the loup was broken and after using it 45 days its left earbuds stopped working and now i am not getting any way to claiming or fixing it for free. Urgently resolve my complaints please.

                                    I have this curve red boult audio in 1 year warranty on. It has been only few months and the right side of the Bluetooth is not functioning. I have registered a complain about it but haven't received any response yet. I have been using this product for a while now and i tend to used to it now. But this is a very highly recommend product so I am quite disappointed with it.
                                    I need this replacement urgently.

                                      I order boullt audio curve wirelesss neckband magnetic earphone on 22.05.2019 but after 2 month use they had blutooth connecting problem. Although its switch button speaking on and off with blinking lights but it is not connecting with smart phone so these product under warranty so please do corrective action and solve my issue... And otherwise replace my product..
                                      The earpods of one side is dismantled into two pieces.
