I have completed my personal loan against bike...but I have been used moratorium month April, May, June 2020...I want know about my account statement and How many Amount Pay For moratorium and I want to Close my Loan now...so contact me [protected]

I had purchased a two wheeler during first lockdown around 16 june 2020.
but from that day till now i don't even get a single documentation of my two wheeler loan

Your people are calling regularly and in a quarrel mode. I have one instalment pending and a lady calling from [protected] and [protected] are particularly very bad in calling. Due to un avoidable reasons and Corona effect for last some months the payment is getting delayed as i lost the job.
These people are threatening to take the vehicle if i didnt pay. If this continuous i have no option to file a case against these people and will start a campaign against these people in other medias too.
I told her that it will be paid by this saturday and she is telling she dont have time. i didnt invited her to my home for lunch!!!
So, i request you to take action against those people who are harassing for payments.
It is not that payment is made late but also we are paying late fee too. Then they should not ahve problem right. Hope that bloody people dont call me in future.

I contact the executive he is not responding properly.. I already all EMIs.. but not received Noc

I had taken a bike loan in 2017 which is already closed. I have received my NOC as well but in my credit report two accounts are showing. One is closed that's the actual one and another one is still active which is surely some error from the company.
