This month (08/05/2021)EMI of Rs 2353 was not deducted from my account . The loan number is - TWCO3INR00656653. Also pls update my current mobile number. Current mobile number is -[protected].pls give reply on my registered mail address. I don't need any kind of government providing moratorium....

I paid last EMI in month of jan and i called customer care and requested for Certificate, it's already 3 months still I didn't receive a any certificate to my address.

Why you didn’t took my EMI this month last year also u did the same thing and now begging me for the subsidiary ###
For this year also u doing the same ### did you ask me a permission for this. I need a proper answer for this.

I am trying to pay the emi Online but site is not working and not supporting. And your customer care numbers are also not working is there any issue with that or else what is the other option to pay the emi kindly let me know the details. Or Share your customer care number so that we will co ordinate with them to pay the Emi....

My EMI of Rs 2302 on your LAN TWCO3INR00749485 ...continuously cheque bounceing...my account is clear and sufficient balance. ... Every month I paid bounce charge Rs 700 + 2302 .. Its very cheep service provide in company side...I hope you give the good solution and good service......

I had applied for moratorium in 2020 for 2 months, So accordingly when i called at Bussan Auto customer care so they told me that you will be charged total 3 extra EMI and the 3rd emi will be only the Interest charges
But now 3rd EMI has been deducted with the same amount of 4744 which was my EMI amount

This is not correct my interest amount cannot be same as complete EMI amount...
