Apollo is spamming me with promotional messages. At least two per day and there is no way to opt out of these messages. Their customer care number was unanswered....

They are not cancelling the order. So irritating...

I’ve ordered this product through phonepe .. It’s been a week and I didn’t get any confirmation about the delivery but the money has been deducted from my account ! How can I cancel the product and get a refund ? I’m unable to do it via phonepe I don’t find any options ..

A patient got operated for kidney stone removal at Apollo and a stent/tube has been kept inside and advised her to come back after 10 days for removal of the same. When she came back after 10 days to hospital and waited for almost 4 hours to meet the doctor and doctor met her for 60 secs and told her to take x ray and scan. Dear Sir, we are from Thanjavur, and the customer of Apollo pharmacy branch code 14863 locoated at RR NAGAR near by new bus stand thanjavur

The above said pharmacy shop working without air condition. How you allow to sale medicines which is not stored in air conditioned room.

Kindly do necessary action as soon as possible to this issue.
