Hello sir/madam,
I am fined for traffic violation for which traffic police not able to show the proof. If i ask the proof they are telling me to go to tmc office near vidhana soudha. For sure i have not done any violation as on violation date i was not in bangalore as it is seen on my google timeline too. If they collect fine then they should be showing proof but traffic police says i have to pay the fine or he will seize my bike. Bangalore traffic police collected fine without showing me proof. Can you please ask bangalore police to show the proof on place when they are collecting the fine.

Beware of parking in busy roads, if you visiting a hotel, most hotels in such busy places have valet parking, please avail it. There are no visible 'no parking' signs but they tow the vehicle away and the fine is rs 2000. They know the spots where these incidents could happen and come to tow vehicles away from such spots only and at odd hours when there is no congestion. Enforcement is important but not to inconvenience a tax paying citizen. How can things improve when the government is doing things which are not in favor of public but just to display the fines collected against each regions. Can this traffic police rather spend their useful time in planning how to ease the congestion of the city? I think they can but the easier route of taxing and fining people are taken to show that their job is well done. I had some respect for cops and that they are working in favor of citizens but a huge gap in reality.

Hi, Banglore Traffic Polic has levied a fine on my vehicle under the charge as “Wrong Parking”. When I enquired more about this, I am informed with the details along with photo about the wrong parking location. I got a very very big shock.

They have taken a photo In front of my house i.e. in Malleswaram and charged location as “40, Race Course Rd, Madhava Nagar, Gandhi Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560001, India”. It’s really embarrassing and shames the police department.

This is absolutely evident and can be caught easily who made this mistake from the department.

I parked my bike near kfc on the cmh road. I realise it was no parking area. I accept the fine and the inconvenience of the vehicle being towed. However, some goons are employed to do this job without any responsibility. They have damaged my brother's new scooter that i had taken for that day. There are multiple scratches on both sides of the bike. The boys employed to do this work speak disrespectfully and sarcastically like we are some criminal offenders. I take strong objection to bangalore police running this mafia who carelessly tamper other's property and extort money. Very disturbed with their modus operandi of an underworld.

I was stopped by a cop who was hiding behind a tree and waiting for people to break the rules and then stop them and grab some money.

I was stopped and asked to pay 700 fine for no reasons, and i was not in situation to argue with the bloody cops as i had some work.

So paid some cash and left from there, i don't want my country to be like this, no body will respect the traffic police, they are considered as cheapest and worst creature on the earth.

On 28th of december 2018 at sadasivanagar main road traffic signal, i took a left turn thinking that it would be a free left as always possible.
Immediately in around 100 meters, while i was at speed ranging 30, a traffic police stopped me saying that i jumped the signal and checked all the documents. I told i have no intentions of violating traffic rules i thought it is free left as there is no sign like no left. I am new to bangalore and i have 10 years of driving experience in andhra pradesh and never faced such situation.
Police asked me to pay rs. 400 and i said i am not carrying money as i am coming from an examination. He then suggested card payment and swiped immediately. I felt very sad by this situation.
Now i wonder is there no free left at all in this bangalore city and what does he really mean by dangerous driving!? Hope i will get answer and justice on this issue.
You will never get the answer for this, they are most cheapest creatures in the world.
What you paid is the money you thrown for some cheapest beggars.

                      Bangalore traffic police are pathetic.

I took a legit left turn at the itpl signal on saturday 22nd dec. I was going towards hoodi circle from vydehi hospital. The signal was open and i just had to take a left turn. Because of a saturday morning, the road was quite empty. Mr. Krishna naik, seemed to be a senior traffic police charged me 100 rupees asking how i took a free left. Disgusting.

I stopped my vehicle on road to withdraw cash from atm. By the time i came the towing vehicle came and pick up my vehicle i requested not to take the vehicle and the traffics police demanded 1100/- or else come to court. Do we have that high fee for no parking place n is it elegible to pay fine just to withdraw cash from atm as there is no parking place.
Traffic police typed wrong number for traffic Chelan. Though he said he will correct it in records, he crossed it on Chelan. But still I have paid ₹300, it supposed to ₹100.my vehicle number is KA 02 JD 7809, but they typed it as KA 04 JD 7809. I hope I can refund the money I paid extra.

My car was towed away even though there was no “No Parkin Game” sign. The official could easily lock the car and taken a photo but instead they towed away the car with no information left as to where we can find it.
We spend 30 minutes finding the car which was left unmanned in a side road similar to the one we parked on.
We waited for more than hour for a traffic police to come release the car.
They first declined to provide us with a receipt and on taking pictures of the police and the vehicle that towed our car they provided a receipt.
This is simple harassment of citizens to make cash.
The police officer and the constable were rude and let us off after harassing for another 30 minutes.
Is this how our govt officials work ? I pay 30% taxes, live on a street we’re there are more ditches and humps. The garbage is dumped right at the road . The sand mafia dump sand and is not answerable to anyone .
The illegal water supplier misbehaves with everyone around ...
Private buses are parked on public roads and not towed . But on parking a car, we pay 1100 inr as a fine !!
I cannot even comprehend why I pay taxes, and go through so much [censored] .

                              Hi,

All buses and autos stop/park near the banashankari signal (Towards kaderanahalli) on the road and when the signal is green we are unable to cross the signal and get struck in the signal multiple times.
Request bangalore traffic police to do the needful to clear the traffic in the above said location to avoid inconvenience the other commuters.

                              Thanks.

I was at Tin factory probably not sure about exact location. I was following google map to check the navigation and I entered a small subway which was one way. I was not aware of it and didn’t see the board of one way as it was night. I told the police officer to spare me as I was new and didn’t knew it. At first he started saying no you have to give fine of 100rs for it. I said since I was not aware of it so entered the one way and the road was empty as I followed google map. He was not ready to listen. He said it’s all rule for India. I said I have not done any traffic violation it’s just that I was not aware of the road n followed google map. Then he got to know that I am not from Karnataka and started abusing and saying go back to your native. I told him first you say about Indian rule then you say about States. I have said on his face that you being corrupt and you should help public instead of harassing for money all the time. If there would have been someone who knows Kanada he would have not fined. I am not happy for this with Bangalore police. And they will do this mostly on weekends and office hours. You don’t see them any other time. I am not blaming all of them but just because of few officers or policeman the whole department is getting bad name. They might have done good things which will be highlighted in social media but bad things are not being highlighted

                                  Dear sir,
Please make sure that "no parking" sign pole is properly visible.
Today i have to pay fine, i parked my bike in front of spar hypermarket at adugodi bannergatta main road. There is no "no parking" sign on pole around, it's been attached to neighbor gate at the height of just 2-3 feet above ground level. This sign you can no see until you stand exactly in front of this board. Also the bike was not parked on either road or footpath, it's on spar space where i have been parking since 2 years.
To avoid no parking zone confusion, here is my suggestion:
Instead of installing sign boards at every 100 -200 meter distance, you can mark on road with yellow line so that no vehicle should park on this line.

                                  Thanks
Traffic jam in doddabommasandra due to traffic police. Traffic police is causing great a big traffic in dbsandra junction. Its just two lane road. And if the traffic police stands, it creates a lot of problem to the computers. If the police is not there, then the traffic is smooth. Please avoid the control of traffic in the junction

Vehicle was towed away wrongly. No parking signs were not there on 4th phase road new yelahanka roadfrom the public toilet down that road till the end. Two blue and red no parking signs are there upto air quarters gate. There were atleast 7 fruit vans (1 tonner) were parked right under the board unchecked. But after the cross road behind 5 cars i had parked the car. Police towed away my car inspite of four of shouting to them. I am the driver. Hanumanthaiah was very rude when i showed him the photos of no parking boards not being there. The cop can't tow away my car, he can put a chit for wrong parking too. Total harrassment. Inspite of traffic police chief of yelahanka intervening and supporting me, hanumanthaiah said "don't eat my head. Pay the fine and go. We have put up 9 no parking boards, (Which is a big lie) just pay and don't eat my head". I started crying bcoz of the harrassment in front of everybody out there.

I experienced today what happens when traffic police (T. P.) towing vehicle suddenly picks our vehicle.
On the name of traffic police there are group of people who majorly work for traffic police as contractors and they misbehave lot with local people.

750 inr i paid today to take my 2-wheeler bike back from kalyan nagar t. P. Bangalore.

Is 750 lucky number of traffic police so they charge it or does bangalore t. P. Doesn't understand how much hard work has to be done to gain 750 inr which is already a 30% tax deducted money.

This experience made me to hate/shame current governing system.

There were multiple women looks so scared with this towing approach since impacted by it.
Some how people could reach via auto to tp station which we didn't even know where it is.

I can put on duty inspector name as well but i really want this approach to be stopped.

There could have minor mistakes of people in parking around 2 inches here and there, but overall experience was highly annoying.
And final settlement of 750 inr happens on the corner of the road next to kalyan nagar tp station by some unknown guys which are known by tp but not actually a tp, final settlement should have happened in tp station.

                                          Suggestion:
Penalty shouldn't be more than 200 inr (We can't even pay more than that, already paid money to auto as well to reach tp station)
There should be proper parking on roads since there is high struggle to get a space to park and then tp says little vehicle is crossed the boundary line and finally local people get into problems from tp.

I was asked to pay a fine of 400 bucks for jumping the signal even though there was no signal jumping from my side.

If i jumped the signal then why only i was caught whereas there were around 10-20 vehicles crossing the same signal parallel to me and behind me?

My dl is seized on the spot. Traffic police is saying i need to pay the fine to get back my dl.

Kindly help me getting my dl back without paying the fine unnecessarily. I would like to bring it to next level.

The incident occured on 28th aug, 2017 at johnson market. Myself and my friends decided to have lunch at fanoos, so we parked the car a little ahead at leonard street (About 100mts. Away). When we can back, to our surprise, the car was towed by traffic police. Please note: there is/was no sign board stating parking is an offense. We double checked to ensure the same. When we called the cops, their reckless behavior was even more annoying. They said they'd come back to the same spot where my car was towed within 10 mins but took 30 mins to get there.
The traffic policeman, mr. Rangaswamy (Photo attached), was arrogant and said none of my complaints could affect him in anyway. He charged me rs. 1100 and provided a bill for the same. I told them to use the money to buy a no parking board, so they don't cheat more people like me. He just smiled and got away with it.

My name is nirmal rayan, with the grey swift dzire with registration number ka05 mu 1410. I don't know if this complaint will make any difference in his life, but i hope it does. I hope good people who get affected by such corruptions would join hands to end these atrocities once and for all.

                                              Jai hind!

I met with a car accident at 10:25 p. M 2 days ago on 15/08/2017 on msr main road near indian oil petrol bunk (Between gokula bus stop and bel circle) as the uber car i was in hit the divider. The driver no doubt was driving rashly, but this possibly could have been avoided if there was a reflector installed on the divider. Request you to kindly facilitate this to avoid future accidents. Also the road next to the said petrol bunk needs a traffic signal. The spot is actually notorious for accidents. Please take action, otherwise there will surely be more accidents and loss of previous human lives.

My car was picked up by the traffic cop mr. Nagaraj on 24th june17 from a spot where i have been parking everyday for close to a year and a half now. The tow vehicle would have made close to 1000 trips during this period and never have they objected to this. When i met mr. Nagaraj (Phot attached) to get my car back and asked for the reasons, his logic was whopped:

                                                  1. When i asked him why did he not pick up my car earlier, his logic was that only now the auto guys had complained to him that i am parking in auto stand. So basically what he meant is the traffic cops pick up vehicles from no/wrong parking only upon complaints from someone!!! Am i assuming right here?

                                                  2. When i informed him that there is no 'no parking' board there, is logic was "have we seen a parking board there"? This again makes no sense as according to normal understand parking is everywhere other than where there are specific 'no parking' boards. Again he had no more argument to offer than the above.

He was clearly aggressive and didnt like us asking questions. When i said i will escalate, he seemed to be least bothered and said 'go ahead'.

Today i was stopped by the traffice police constable at the ngef krishnaiahna palya junction for jumping signal for not a free left. When i took the left the light was green (You can check the video if you have). I told the same thing repeatedly but the constable didn't listen and he was talking very rudly as though i have commited a murder. Later i was taken to his senior who was a little better in speaking (Not still was rude) and i told him repeatedly too, but he turned deaf ears and charged me with a challan of 400 rs. I am a traffic rule follower and i was framed for nothing. Please investigate on this and pay me back my amount. I think this was only done to may be achieve some of their targets of violators (They may have). I hope somebody would listen to this and rectify.

I had parked my car in gandhi bazaar (one of the wide road of dvg road)on 5.3.2017.
parking was done in a way it was not blocking road nor in a wrong place. parking was made for 20 minutes, I came and saw the car wheel was locked by the police. When called to the number, the police arrived after half an hour.He collected 600 rs and left the place.

                                                        Car number ( KA 01 MG 6651)

I am not sure if the car was wrongly parked.
