After crossing the road if the signal changed why we have to pay the fine.even back side one car has crossed the road
Kindly cancel this fine and do the needful

This complaint details is regarding to my vehicle no (KA41EJ8842)

There is a fine which has been registered in the Bangalore Traffic police app . There are 12 fines which are wrongly identified those are ( Info #1 NO ENTRY) and the others are different plate number (Info #2 DEF.REG.NO PLATE ).

They are fined for absolute no reason as every rules has been followed regarding this 12 fines which is ( defective number plate) and (one way/ no entry)

Firstly the path in which the vehicle is moving is in the right direction and the number plate is brand new IND number plat which has no defect . Please rectify the mistake and help me . please sort this issue as soon as possible

There is no traffic signal at the junction of JP Nagar Phase 5 and Phase 6, near Royal School.
It is a 4 way main road with high no. of vehicles and there is bus stop also.
But unfortunately there is no traffic signal although there is a school also and it is very difficult to cross road.
An accident is just waiting to happen here.

ನಾನು ಭಾಸ್ಕರ ಎಸ್ ನಾನು ಫುಡ್ ಡಿಲಿವರಿಯಾಗಿ ಕೆಲಸ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ತಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಯ ಪಡಿಸುವುದೇನೆಂದರೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ[protected] ಮದ್ಯಾಹ್ನ ಸುಮಾರು 12-30 ನಾನು ಗಾಂಧಿನಗರ SC ರೋಡ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೋಗುವಾಗ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಟ್ರಾಫಿಕ್ ಪೊಲಸರು ತಡೆದರು ಆಗ ನನ್ನ ಗಾಡಿ ನಂಬರ್ ಪ್ಲೇಟ್ ಚೆಕ್ ಮಾಡಿ 500 ರೂ ದಂಡ ಇದೆ ಕಟ್ಟು ಅಂತ ಬೇಡಿಕೆ ಇಟ್ಟರು. ಆಗ ನನ್ನ ಹತ್ತಿರ ದುಡ್ಡು ಇಲ್ಲದ ಕಾರಣ ಕಟ್ಟಲು ಆಗಲಿಲ್ಲ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಟ್ರಾಫಿಕ್ ಕಾನ್ಸ್ಟೇಬಲ್ ಸಾಹೇಬರಿಗೆ 100 ಲಂಚ ಕೊಡು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಸಲಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂದು ಬೇಡಿಕೆ ಇಟ್ಟರು ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ನಾನು ನಿರಾಕರಿಸಿದ ಕಾರಣ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಪಕ್ಕಕ್ಕೆ ಕರೆದು ನನ್ನ ಗಾಡಿಯ ಫೋಟೋ ತೆಗೆದು ಕೊಂಡು ನನ್ನ ಗಾಡಿಯ ಮೇಲೆ 1000ರೂಪಾಯಿ wrong parking ಲೆಕ್ಕದಲ್ಲಿ ದಂಡ ಹಾಕಿ ಕಲಿಸಿಬಿಟ್ಟರು. ನಾನು ಯಾವುದೇ wrong parking ನಲ್ಲಿ ಗಾಡಿ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿಲ್ಲ ...ಇದು ನನಗೆ ನಡೆದ ಮೋಸದ ಘಟನೆ ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ತಾವು ಇದನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿ ನನಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಯ ಕೊಡಬೇಕಾಗಿ ವಿನಂತಿಸಿಕಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇನೆ...

Hello, I just found out that there is a fine imposed on my vehicle number on[protected] for not wearing protective head gear. I saw the image posted as proof and want to bring to your notice that there is a mistake in vehicle number. The image has a Male rider on motorcycle . My vehicle, with Reg number KA01HP6302 is not a motor cycle. Please look into it and kindly take appropriate action.

Please assign the fine to KA01HD4609 and remove fine from KA01ED4609.

Sanjay here... I've received a No parking fines of my Car maruti 800...there is no such board as Noparking where we park since 2years... All the residents of our apartments parking are outside only...since years With parking place only... There is no such board as No parking... But then police department has taken 9 photos.. & has generated fines since 2years.. All photos doesn't have any such NOparking signboard... & few doesn't have photos itself Still fined us as Noparking..sinces 2years.. & amount of 9600/-... Im requesting to please check this & solve this unwanted fines... As we can't pay this fines which is not done by us...

I have my access 125 scooty (black colour) vehicle with registration number KA 40 EF 3325 .I saw your internet portal
I see a fine of 500 Rupees towards pillion not wearing helmet when I saw digital violation images i realised it is not my vehicle in the photo . The vehicle in the photo is not mine .It is having registration number KA 40 EF 3825 silver colour access scooty I have not violated that traffic rules
The fine is levied on me wrongly, but the offender is a different person please re-check the photo again and cancel the fine on me

I am here to complain about my vehicle false fine. My vehicle number is KA01JD1354 and type is Honda Active Silver colour. Challan reference no[protected]. The photo showed here is my office parking not an open footpath even the date is wrong because date shown in this challan is 28/08/2022 which is Sunday and we never go to offices on Sunday. Please do provide location if I am missing anything.

Then he also confirmed that is different bike.

How it is possible. Unnecessary why I'm worried.

On 11/09/2022 at 12:03 pm i was travelling to Avene road Market to purchase books accidentally i entered in one way cops said me to park the vehicle and said me to pay fine i was requesting to them please sir leave i was not aware then suddenly one cop came and started abusing me (thikka gand chali jasti na nim yallargu) i asked him why you are abusing me then all cops came and started scolding me and then in that anger they asked me to pay all my old fines and these fine also and i agreed and i scanned there scanner i got 500 in that and i paid then cop said no we did not receive that pay again and i paid 2500 again then cop said 500 will be refunded to me and shared a person number called Srinath and said he will refund my money and when i called him he shared a number of one person i don't know his name I'll mention his mobile number ([protected]) he said me to share payment screen shot and i shared then said me to contact Srinath and when i contacted him he said no for refund contact him and when iam texting him and calling him he is disconnting my calls and ignoring my messages is this the way you guys behave …? are we beggars or slaves that you abuse us and not respond to us ….? I want my money and asked that police officer to ask apology in front of everyone how he abused me in front of everyone...….!

I have not violated traffic rules.

The fine is levied on me wrongly, but the offender is different person and bike. Bike model in that photo is not my bike and person also different.
My bike model is pulsar 150 CC. Bike in that photo is not Pulsar 150CC 2018 model and also number in the number plate also not clear.

Moreover, I was not in Bangalore on that day and my bike is used only by me.

Please re-check the photo again and cancel the fine on me.

Traffic police men deputed in Ejipura signal, Bangalore are harrassing regularly and ensure they charge fine even after the signal 🚥 is green. While asking for camera evidence they are not able to show anything and create fuss in the middle of the road. How you get authority to harrass when people are following traffic rules? Traffic police department are you listening?

The officer as been wrongly typed the vehicle number that is EN instead of typing EH =KA 41 EH 8024 royal enfield bike, they sent the wrong fine to my vehicle number that is KA 41 EN 8024, instead of typing EH

I have received two penalty challan ( Notice No. 40608461 &[protected] for vehicle no. KA05KL8711 ( SUZUKI LETS) . On checkig evidence image i came to know an Suzuki Access has same number plate and it has voilated traffic rules for which i havs received challan. Request you to resolve the issue at an earliets.

This happened to me 2 times in 3 days.
I travelled to Bangalore for work. I had a car with Andhrapradesh registration. I was at a signal. It was orange and I took a right. I had my phone near seat as car doesn't have a mobile holder and I following GPS. The traffic cops at kormangala, Bangalore stopped me and said that I jumped the signal and was using phone & asked me to pay 4000rs fine right there. Another instance is I took a u turn as shown on Google maps in same area. Cops were right over there and fined me for wrong turn. There was no board as well. They are not ready to listen and threaten to take car to station and ask to come to court. As an outsider on work visit il not obviously like to go around police stations or courts for something which you didn't actually do or prove yourself. I had to pay them 3000rs in 3 days. They literally argue with you as they know to that I am not from here and have a registration from a different state. It's a really bad experience. I had to keep car in hotel and go around in cabs and autos. After speaking to local drivers they also agreed that cops harass people from other state registrations. I had drove in many states and never ever I had such a bad experience.

I am hear by Complaining My Vehicle False fine My vehicle number is KA 41-EN 2583. With TVS JUPITER CLASSIC BS. I have upload RC also. But Traffic Fine coming Same Number ACCESS125 Vehicle. How it is possible. Already Photos uploaded please Check. in future any cases happen this vehicle cases coming to my Name so please Find out the vehicle and Solve this Problem At the same time please remove the All Fines. I'm receiving false complaints on my 2 wheeler Activa Registration number is KA-03-JD-9794 since my bike colors is RED but the photos of violation attached is different and they are not my bikes but the number of vehicle is same for all .

I confirm that below traffic violation notice number :: 48697560 vehicle i mine and i apologize for the violation and i will pay the fine for same.

But below mentioned traffic violation notice number are false complaints on my bike since the vehicle colors are different and i have not traveled that locations mentioned requesting you to kindly help me on this to sort this to get wrong complaints on my 2 wheeler Activa Registration number is KA-03-JD-9794(RED COLOUR)

Hello, an auto that I had booked from jayanagar to Concord Nappa valley Kaggalipura was caught by traffic police near Kaggalipura and informed to pay fine as they were not allowed to service beyond nice road. Today again I booked auto in ola from vishveshwariah layout to Kaggalipura Concord Nappa Valley. The auto driver was hesitant to drop me home because he had been penalised earlier too. Why is this irrelevant law. I thought traffic police is there to ensure public have no hindrance but they are creating problem. Public had the choice to choose the transport to travel then why do police have to interfere. Seems like our country the law is made to break and pay penalty not for safety.

28/june While I was riding the bike, they took a photo of me and uploaded it and put in photo in public eye app and complaint that I was talking on the mobile phone but in the complaint they put 3000rs fine I am using mobile phone in LMV that means low motor vehicle that means ( car) how its possible I am riding bike but in complaint I am riding car and fine is 3000rs plz solve this false fine sir

This is regarding wrong traffic violation challan that has been issued against my vehicle KA 51 MN 5730 on 26/06/2022

I was on way and just stopped on side way literally without causing any disturbance to ongoing traffic. Infact before stopping i have asked the Traffic police guy who was standing just next to my car
He said yes you can stop here until my family gets out. I was in car itself so that if needed i can move my car around.
I have asked 2-3 times traffic police guy and he reassured its fine. While leaving in just few minutes i saw him taking my car picture. I was annoyed - asked me why are you taking picture when i stopeed just until my family getting down from car and i did that with your permission.

He said again dont worry and he has not taken picture to fine.

To my surprise after 1.5 month i got message from Bangalore traffic police for violation and pay rupees 1000 rupees for traffic violation.

What sort of situation and harassments is this ?
Its been mentioned as pay before 7 days fine to avoid legal actions. its purely harassment to citizens.

Can you please help me to resolve this issue and revoke the fine that has been imposed without any mistake ?

I have got a fine on my scooter for pillion not wearing helmet and crossing zebra line but picture attached in fine is of another bike(pulser) and I have a scooter.

I think this happened because of similar bike number, my scooter number is KA05KV3783 and picture attached in fine for bike number KA05KV8783.

I have multiple requests on multiple portals but no response and now I got notice from court.

I would request Bangalore traffic police to correct it and send fine to correct bike number KA05KV8783

I am Supriya and living in Bangalore near Bangalore University. I have received an SMS stating that i have violated "RIDING Without Helmet" and need to pay fine of Rs 1000/-. And this violation happened in Nanjangud Ring road Junction, Mysore. I never visited Mysuru in my two-wheeler at any point in time. When checked the status online (www.karnatakaone.gov.in) none of the photos showed where i did a violation. Traffic violation notification was received for my two-wheeler bearing number KA41ES2448.

Request you to cancel this as no photos showing this violation are available.
