I havent got any track record.. donit asap..

I had placed an order on Beautify Yourself website as a guest worth Rs 507 on Jan 10, 2021. Since I placed the order as a guest, not getting a confirmation message did not bother me at first. Then after 10 days I tried to reach the team Beautify by messaging them on Instagram, but an automated message came as a revert. Then I mailed these people, and since then, I haven't a word from them. It has been more than 1 and a half month since the order was placed, but no sign of them sending me my order or revert. I am glad that I did not spend much money.

I ordered 4 tops on order no 86934 but received only 2 through, AWB:[protected] and I tried calling multiple times but there is no response I tried through mails and everything plsss reply me as soon as possible

I had placed an order from this Instagram site, I haven't received an order number, confirmation mail, or my product. My money has been debited. I've sent several emails to which I do not receive any responses

Ordered today but can’t track my order and also there no response from their end. This is ridiculous. They are fraud

I had ordered 6-7 things from this page. I just received 3 of them. And I'm trying to contact them, I'm trying to log into my account but I'm not able to do so. Its been more than 3 weeks now. I'm also trying to rest password., It says link sent on your email address but trust me I'm not getting any links too. I want the items or my money back.

I have received these products..
I ordered high waist jeans and received mid one for men and colour of one tee is not as shown in the picture and that criss cross top is not in the parcel...
I received a call especially frin this site and they said we didn’t have high waist black in stock but assured me to deliver it but what is this?
Is this is your marketing?
If you don’t have stock then at that time cancel our order rather than sending us this kind of stuffs.
I have send email, meassage on whatsapp insta numerous time but not getting any kind of reply.
I had to call to customer service firstly they never answer call but once they answer they said they will call you in the evening but after they i didn’t get any answer..
I want to make people aware that do not order from this site. It’s just our luck that if we get a good one product otherwise it is considered as scrap...

I made an order of worth Rs.1117, my order no.is 90030. The money was deducted immediately from the account, but I didn't receive any email confirmation for the same and now it is not even showing in the order history of their website.

I have orderd product from beautify yourself on 29 jan21 and there is no update on products .. They are not even replying on mail and no where people ordering from this brand please stop ordering it is a big spam

Order no 48228..i ordered two top only one got delivered..the tops i delivered was in the month of November..do deliver my top or refund my money

I have paid the money since one month for the order but no further information about it ...They are not even responding to my mail...I lost my money

I made order on 5.1.2021 but not received it yet . if you just want to cheat your customer then why have you written money back guarantee do you even know the meaning of guarantee ? you can't even make prompt delivery just doing e commerce business to cheat customer and making money out of it . if you don't want to make delivery then at least refund my money back . don't force any of your customer to take legal action against your page .

Ordered a dress on 23rd may 2020 still didn't receive only making fool of people..

Can't track my order details. What I ordered was actually 4 products, but I got only 1 out of them, that too in wrong color. I placed my order on 28th Jan. I have been waiting since then for the rest.
Mailed them so many times... zero response with no exchange policy and no transparency.
It's a scam.

I have placed two orders here on December 14th and 17th order numbers being #55983 and #58173 I can't log into my accounts. I haven't received the reference of my order or confirmation mail. All I have is payment proof. Even after constantly trying to reach on mails or WhatsApp or Instagram there is no response

We booked 2 tops on 8th February 2021, worth Rs.618. The payment was successful. However, the status shows still as payment pending in Beautify yourself website. This seems to be weird and misleading to customers. We did drop an email to them asking the status its been 5 days now we haven’t got any response back from them. I urge and request you to take the necessary action against such websites and people who mislead and fraud the customers. I am attaching the payment status that was successful and order status which still shows pending.

I ordered a product worth 269rs on 9th Feb 2021, and the amount was deducted from my account, I never received the bill in the email and on the site, it shows that my payment is pending. I emailed many times and nobody responded. There is no contact number.

I order for Beautify yourself 5 months ago and I haven't receive my product or refund.

I had ordered clothes from this shop on 16th july 2020. The company had given the delivery date in the month of september, 2020. I had ordered total 6 clothes out of which 3 had been delivered on 30th august, 2020.I have been awaiting the delivery of remaining clothes but the company is not answering and not even returning my money.

My order number is 66893, I have made this payment by PayU money. On 10th jan 2021 and I haven't received any tracking I'd or any other information regarding my order. And they are not replying even on watsapp.

I received the pink stripe joggers today but in a pathetic condition and not the size that I mentioned... it has certain holes and dirt on the cloth .. I want to return the product ..
Pathetic item I have received.. i want to return and get a refund now

I had ordered 2 products from Beautify yourself on 9 January 2020, of which only 1 is delivered. But the store claims delivery of both products on it's package. Upon trying to contact them, they are not replying to mails, texts or phone calls.
I have to bring to your notice that this is not an isolated experience but a lot of customers ordering from Beautify yourself have faced the same problem.
These fraudulent stores are thriving because of lack of regulation of online stores. It's especially a growing menace common on Instagram.
Beautify yourself has a social media account with huge number of followers. If necessary action is not taken at the earliest thousands and lakhs of people will be scammed in the future.
Hope someone will take necessary action and ban this fraudulent store.

I paid for my order on 24 th jan for a tracksuit there is no confirmation of email send from their side not even tracking id given wereas my amount was deducted from my account. I hav send so mnay mails n msges bt mo respons. I hav attached my paymnt reciept paid to them.

I ordered my product on 2nd December worth Rs 390. Its going to be almost 2 month but i have not recieved it yet. I'm not having any tracking detail also. They never reply to my message be it on instagram WhatsApp or through mails.

I ordered a dress in March 2020, but still didn't received it. I payed through gpay. They even didn't provide me Order ID.
I've messaged them 1000 of times but no response.

I placed an order an month ago .my order no is #58685.they took 751 rupees from me and has not delivered the products yet. I have contacted them many times via mail, and their mobile number but they are not responding and now it's been over a month. They keep posting new products on their page and are not responding to the mails.

I ordered purple ruffle top on 24th December it's been a month still my product is not arrived. I payed the full amount already. Nd still my product is not arrived. They are not even replying to my text or call or mail.

I have placed an order with them in the start of january. I have tried contacting them multiple times but there is no reply whatsoever.
My order is prepaid and they have given me no information as to when will i receive it.
