But till now item was not received. I tried to reach the website and toll free number but both are not working. Please suggest how get the money back or item back from these bloody fraud peoples. Is that our it system is so week and this bloody fellow give icici bank details also. Is that our banking system...

I purchased realme 3 pro from cartupi.com on 13th may. Site asked for the payment via mobikwik app. I made the payment as well. I got a message of confirmation of order. They said my product will be delivered in 5-6 days.
On 22 may when i am trying to reach out to them it is looking like their phone no as well as their website is not there. Pls help me. How i can return money....

on 19th may when I am trying to reach out to them it is looking like their phone no as well as their website is not there....
