Dear Sir,

Sub: Wrongly mentioned loan against my name.


This is with ref to the above subject, I Mr.Thouti Krishna Mohan reddy S/o Late Thouti vasudeva reddy age 41 years R/O H.No.1-1-774/A Gandhi nagar Hyderabad-500048. It is very pain to see my name in CIBIL as defaulter. whereas I have not applied for any kind of loans either in secured & nor in unsecured in any banks.

I approached a bank for home loan in the year 2009 it got rejected but there was no clarity given by the banker and i was under impression that due to my collection agency business profile it got rejected so I left the matter.

But few months back I applied for car loan then I got the clear picture about rejection. Being a respected citizen in the society and running multiple businesses it is hurting my feelings and spoiling my image in the society as defaulter.

For my surprise till now no banker has called me or visited my place for the outstanding. If any body would have called me or intimated me about this i could have reacted it earlier. Request u to kindly provide me the details of the bank.

Please provide me the details and if possible the application form on which signatures and valid documents are taken. If you fail to provide me the details within a month iam force to file case on CIBIL.

Credit Card — Wrongly showing as credit card defaulter

Myself & my wife had applied for a home loan recently to Bank of Baroda.

We were shocked to hear from Bank of Baroda that there is a 'Return of' being shown against my name of Rs. 3523/- against some credit card and thus the bank is unable to sanction us home loan. Control no. for the same is[protected].

I have paid and settled all my dues till date against all credit cards which i may have used in the past.

We do not know which Financial Institution has reported my name in the defaulter list.

This is utmost unfair for a customer who is sincere and has settled all the dues and has never defaulted in any way.

I have never received any information from CIBIL asking for a confirmation if the name of a customer is listed in defaulter list whether is it correct?

I seek justice to get my name removed from the defaulter list with an immediate effect so that we can take home loan.

Please help.

Looking forward to a suitable action at the earliest form your end.

Myself had applied for a personal loan recently to HDFC Bank.

I was shocked to hear from HDFC Bank that there is a 'Return of' being shown against my name of Rs. 35, 000/- against some credit card and thus the bank is unable to sanction my personal loan. Control no. for the same is[protected].

I have only one credit card of hdfc bank and I have invested only 15, 000 from the same but tjhere is no dues till data as I am regularly paying for the same.

I do not know which Financial Institution has reported my name in the defaulter list.

yes, I am also harassed by hsbc bank, for an insurance product which I never wanted.I had been penalised to the tune of rs.2954/ for an outstanding of rs.125/ (which was the premium for TATA AIG).I have written to hsbc a number of letters but of no avail.now I intend to surrender the card, will I be penalised by cibil?the bank is not clearing my dues.please help as to the course of action.

I am suffering a a lot because of negative inclusion of My name in CIBIL & unable to avail any Loans from Financial institutions.

    I Ms. Susanna Rebeiro holding silver credit card no. [protected] of Bank Of Baroda wish to opt for settlement on principal amount for the same I was not able to get proper answer from BOBCARDS customer care no one was able to provide settlement procedure. Then I put up a mail to crm on 13th Oct2010 still I fail to get response from Bobcards CRM. On 7th January’ 2011 I happened to speak Ms.Jyoti –VPCCM. Accordingly I put forward my details to her for settlement. I asked for detailed summary, wherein Ms Jyoti is telling me to refer monthly bills she said we don’t provide any statement. I put up a mail to VPCRM AND MD but there was no response from there end also till date.
    I am surprise such big organization and no one is providing proper answer nobody is knowing procedure of settlement , in this market customer care is so important and I felt while having communication with staff and also with seniors that they are not at all bother to provide service to client.
    I have used BOB card and so there was genuine call from my end for settlement no one from BOBCard called up for non-payment. I am following from October’2010 and still matter is not solved,
    Please look into the matter and please get me settlement on principal amount.

      My Credit card number is [protected] Citibank India. On 29th January, 2011 between 12.00 AM to 1.00 AM, I went to Express Service Station, Hosur, Tamilnadu for filling petrol to the vehicle. The Petrol Bunk person took my card, he swiped for Rs. 1,644.16( Rupees One Thousand Six Hundren Fortyfour and Sixteen Paise (25 Ltr of Petrol) and he told that the card is not connected to the network and slip not generated.. Then I paid one thousand Rupees and filled the petrol for one thousand. While checking my account on 4th February, 2011 the amount of Rs. 1,644.16 is debited to my account please credit back the amount which is not utilised and there is no signed acknowledgement for swiping the card.

      Please let me know back if any further information you may desire in this connection.

      I'm using the Credit Card of AXIS Bank and I did purchasing for more than Rs. 4000.00 in the very first month and I gave the cheque before the due date woth Rs. 2000.00 through cheque for dated[protected] which was cleared on the same date as my due date use to be on 17th of every month and for the rest of the amount I gave the post dated cheque for Rs. 2100.00 of dated[protected] which according to their records they presented to my bank on[protected] which was actually not presented to my bank as I checked up bank statement and they charged me Rs. 300.00 extra as for that as cheque return charges. Actually they presented the same cheque for Rs. 2100.00 on[protected] after a long followed up by myself.

      Kindly suggest what should I do about it?

      I had been issued card by SBI Card, and was told that as a doctor my card will not have any annual or add on charges.I have been extremely prompt with my payments.I was charged the above charges along with interest in bill dated10 Jan 2008.On calling Ur helpline I was told that the above charges have been reversed. I am pained to note that in bill dated 10 Feb 08 that the above charges have not been reversed. Is SBI out to cheat me, there is no question of any interests as I have paid all bills in full before due dates. If SBI cannot give service though none is expected, it being a govt.entity, it has to be non performing, I still expect an answer to my complaint

      This may be corrected at your end.I can't understand why such thing happen to your bank only. Iam using CITI BANK CARD SINCE LAST 10YEARS, I DID NOT HAVE A SINGLE WRONG ENTRY.In your case it is second time and i got bitter experience with car loan also.Iam requesting you to look into the matter and do necessary corrections to your system, otherwise i have to surrender my card.YOUR 24 HOUR HELP LINE SERVICE ALSO VERY POOR, IT TOOK ONE HOUR TO LODGE A COMLAINT AGAINST THE DESCREPENCY.
      Kind Attn.Mr.A Shailender Uday, This is in reference to your telecon on my cell at 21.00 hrs regarding payment of minimum amount against the credit card statement. I must put on record at the outset that your way of talk or i would say your tone of conversation was not customer friendly but was very rough. You were never prepared to listen to customer but were harping on your version just to cover up your accounting lapses for which you wanted me to suffer financially. This is not new to your bank but all international banks dealing with customer services speak like this. They never listen to customers but are always insisting on justifying the wrongs done by them or their staff. When the bank account is at fault and does not maintain the account properly or update it even then they put the entire blame on the customer and to harass them for no fault of theirs. When the bank is not prepared to listen to customer then why the customer should listen to you Mr. Uday. I was required to pay six EMIs for the purchase of mobile phone costing Rs.8379/- and I have paid all the six EMIS accordingly as per details given below. How you account for in your statements or reflect them, that is none of my business. Whether you generate the statement on 17th or do not generate it at all or generate as per your convenience, I am nobody to dictate you. I have completed honestly the transaction made through your bank by paying the six EMIS of Rs.1396/50 starting from 4th June to 4th November, 2008 and have nothing to add to what I have said. As regards payment of minimum amount, I will definitely make payment well before the due date but only the payment which is due to you and will not make payment of an amount which has already been made and not reflected by you in the statement. Thats your fault and not mine. After deducting Rs.1396/50 from the amount of Rs.3200/-, I will definitely pay for which you need not worry or remind me. I am fully aware of my commitment. A sum of Rs.1396/50 according to me stands paid but you have made it a disputed amount which will be paid only after I have got clarification from Head of Customer Services or the Corporate Office whom I am writing to them today and sending them the mails sent to you and will wait till the matter is sorted out at that leven and not at your level.       This is regarding my credit card a/c with HSBC. I have cancelled my card in nov 07 with a zero outstanding. Further after 4 months i have recd the bill with some outstanding . Despite of my repitetive complain no solution has been provided.

      The bank keep on sending me the bill with financial charges and all other damm charges.

      Now again i have recd the statment. Pls advice i want to go for consumer forum.

      Most respectfully I submit that I have been availing facility against credit card No. 4384 xxxx xxxx 0962 of HSBC Bank since Sep.2007 and making my account tranjections according to bank norms. But I regret to inform your goodself that I am being harassed by bank since Sep.2008 for the payment of Rs.10, 000/-. The payment was cleared by me on 05/09/2008 through cheque no.855791 dated 05/09/2008.( Enclosed documentary proofs)

      Being given clearance by bank about this payment in written I am being harassed again and again by bank to clear this payment again.

      I am user of SBI Credit Card since last 4-5 years. At the time of issuing the card, executive of SBI card told, the card is life time free. Last year annual fee charged by department, but I talked with Ms. Jyoti on 26/09/08 and that charged reversed by her (also on additional card) and she told me it will not charge in future.
      Recently I have received bill, in which annual fee charged.
      Please give solution of the same.

      Barclays bank Credit card — Non-Refund of excess credit payment

      Dear Barclays Customer Care Officer,
      Good Morning to you
      I am a serving Defence Officer presently transfered at North East. While transfering the on line credit cards payment pertaining to Sep 10, I had eroneously transferred Rs.7345/- excess into my credit card account vide the transaction reference No. MBBR[protected] dated 28 Sep 10. Later I had spoken to Mr. Rakesh on telephone on 30 Sep 10 and requested him to refund the amount. The officer was very courteous and assured me the needful and gave a reference to my request as No.CAS 4240377 dated 30 Sep 10. After two weeks there was an enquiry from another officer of your bank and assured to transfer within four working days. Today it is 27 Oct 10, almost a month has been elasped since my eroneous transfer. Does your bank has the system of redressing the customers complaints?
      Kindly refund the amonth on priority.

        I had made a 9 month EMI transaction at Saravana Gold Palace in Chennai on December 2010.
        In the attached screenshot (credit statement) two EMI are calculated in the first month itself. I talked to customer care on 21 Jan 2011, I not received any correct responses.
        I am not able to pay the two EMI in the single month. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

        This is with reference to your e- mail regarding EMI detail on your HDFC Bank credit card account.

        We wish to inform that basis on the tie- up with the merchant, EMI has been converted on 27/12/10. Hence , we observe that the EMI for the month of december and for January has been billed to your current statement.

        We would request you to effect the complete payment as per the statement to avoid any charges on your card account.

          SUB : ABSOLUTE CALLOUS ATTITUDE of CIBIL DEPARTMENT towards my CREDIT RATING

          This is to bring to your notice that , in last 9 months , I have applied for Personal Loan at 7 different banks , and each time it has got declined . The reason cited by the credit officers of all these banks is that , my CIBIL report is bad , due to some 21000 outstanding shown against some credit card, showing closed in 2006.

          Sir , this is just shocking and something damaging my reputation .

          I do not have any outstanding against any Credit Card company , nor I am a defaulter.

          Problem is that , the Credit Officers of all these banks , from where my personal loan applications have got declined , are expressing their inability to do anything at CIBIL and I do not have contact details or any knowhow or whereabouts of anybody at CIBIL whom I can escalate this issue.

          After having lost all hopes from all quarters, I am forced to bring this to your kind notice ; and seek redresssal of my grievance.

          Sir , I being a working class citizen, do keep needing Personal / Housing / Car loans , and I had infact availed Housing Loans and only one Credit Cards in the past , but all of those have clear track record . This 21000 outstanding is showing against which card even I do not know (since the CIBIL report does not reveal that) .

          Request you to please , instruct CIBIL to solve this issue and clear my credit history.

          I have applied Housing Loan on June but bank people said my name is on defaulters list and asking me to get report from cibil. Within two days I got the report from Cibil it shows One of my loan accounts closed but still it reflects in cibil account and other account shows bank only has to repay Rs.19 I explained to the bank and it got cleared and loan disbursed. Again September I applied loan they said again my name is in defaulters list, I sent mail to cibil mentioning my account no and asking my report but they took one week to reply and asking me to sent DD for Rs.142 and i have also sent but since 45 days passed i have not received any communication from CIBIL in spite of several mails. Am tried several times to contact CIBIL office no one is there to help and sort my issue.
          And my loan process also stopped and am finding very difficult to manage.

          Requesting any suggestion to solve the above issue.

          I donot have any existing repayment issues with any Banks. I am holding an active credit card for HSBC and also have a car loan with SBI for past two years without any complaints re-payment defaults. However, when I am applying for credit card with other Banks I am getting a reply as quoted below. Could somebody help me to get out of this issue with CIBIL.

          "We have reviewed your application. We regret to inform you that we are currently unable to approve your application for a Citibank Card, as feedback from Credit Bureau of India Ltd (CIBIL) does not meet our minimum credit criteria.Please note this does not mean negative credit feedback."
          I also received the similar information when I applied for ABN amro credit card. Strange things is I have my saving account with them for last more than 10 years with average amount more than 1 lakh and I do not have any other credit card.

          Dear Mr. Shib,

          I would suggest you get a copy of your credit rating report directly from CIBIL. All you need to pay is Rs.142 and send them the copy of the receipt along with your ID proof and address proof (address should match what you give in the application form). Once you get the report check if there is any outstanding against your name and your report (good or bad rating). Since you have only one card earlier, call that card company and ask for details. If they say there are outstanding ask them the reason. If there is something you need to pay (if any fault on your side), please pay or else you might not get good rating in CIBIL,

          If there is no outstanding send them a mail asking to give clear report to CIBIL, mark a copy to bank ombudsman and also a copy to RBI. This will get sorted out in a weeks time.

          Let me know if this make sense to go after.

          I M. Srikanth Reddy has applied for credit card in HDFC Bank as i am eligible for credit card

          but as per CIBIL report it is showing that i am a defaulter , to bring to your notice i don't have any

          out standings as of now i cleared every thing that i had in the past.

          I had car loan in the past in HDFC Bank with loan agreement number[protected]

          CAR AND PERSONAL LOAN — AGREEMENTS CLOSED BUT STILL LIVE IN CIBIL

          i HAD TAKEN A CAR LOAN AND PERSONAL FROM SBI IN THE YEAR 2007 AND 2006 RESPECTIVELY, I HAD CLOSED BOTH THE AGREEEMNTS IN THE YEAR 2011 AND 2010 SUBSEQUENTLY. I HAD GOT THE NOC LETTERS FROM THE RESPECTIVE BANK.
          BUT THE LOANS STILL APPEAR AS LIVE IN CIBIL REPORTS WHICH IS DAMPERING MY CREDIT SCORE.
          PLS HELP ME OUT IN CLOSING THE AGREEMENTS IN CIBIL AS WELL.

            Subject : Regarding full and final settlement of credit card no. [protected].
            Respected sir,
            Three years ago I had been offered by your department to make full and final settlement of my credit card no. mentioned above. I had been asked to pay Rs. 42000 in two instalment of Rs 21000 each in just 25 days. I was not able to pay such a big amount in such a short period. Therefore I requested your representative to pay me this amont in appropriate time and instalments. After discussing this matter with his concerned officer on mobile phone he asked me to pay this amount in four instalments in 70 days. I gave my consent on this. He mentioned the instalments break up on the offer letter in his hand writing. He also gave the receiving for four cheques of Bank of Rajasthan those I had given for the settlement purpose. Those post dated cheques were given by me on 21/12/07 for Rs 20000, 6500, 6500 and 6500 dt 29/12/07, 29/01/01, 26/02/08 and 29/03/08 respectively. The cheques nos. were 33673, 33674, 33675 and 33676. A cash payment of Rs. 2500 was also received from me (vide receipt no. 4243397) on 21/12/07 as a initial payment of the settlement. In this way I made a total payment of Rs 42000 in 70 days as I had been asked. For cheques no 33674 and 33675 cash payments of Rs. 13000 were received by your representative (vide receipt nos. 0005756 and 0005757) on 7/03/08 because these cheques could not get cleared. I also paid a penalty for Rs 1500 (vide receipt no.6355745) on 21/08/08 for bouncing of cheques.
            Even after all this exercise I had not been issued no dues certificate by your deptt. Therefore you are requested to do the needfull for issuing me no dues certificate because your deptt. is still showing me a defaulter and asking me again to pay a huge amount of Rs 68000. If I do not get justice from you, I will be forced to move my application to the higher authorities.

                Dear Mr Anup Saha,



                First & formost I have been complaining to your bank for last couple of months to deliver bills on time has gone unheard. Normal & standard reply I have been getting is we are concerned & your policy of how you charge late fee& othercharges. Following are concered area's

                # I have been prompt to make payment & haven't been always using revolving credit facilities. From day one I always made payment on reciept of the bill.

                # Last couple of the month your courier company misinformed your bank that my postal address have changed which is not so. This is verified by your bank & found to be false. Delays in payment is happened due to not reciet of the bills. And follow to get bills is always from my side if you check the records. However by the time I make payment, However next bill is generated without realising the fault on your side & therefore late fee. interest charges alongwith services tax are levied.
                # I have been writing to you on this however off late i was getting standard replies regarding how do you do billing without realising that there is delay from your side to deliver the bill.

                # I have written several time & also exlpained to Mr Rajiv Pandey who is currently Branch Manager at CBD Belapur.I have explained everytime in my mail, how apyments are made & asked your credit card department to tally account. However you accounts department isnot bother to take corrective action & never tally the accounts.

                # My outstanding according to you was Rs 1170 & additional purchases were made. However my purchases has never gone crossed my credit limit, then why was my credit card was blocked?

                # I will surely make the payments of purchases made by me. However if you continue to charge interest & late fee on the amount which according to me isn't outstanding without tallying the account. i don't think its fare & I will have no option to discontuine banking with your bank.

                # Currently i m HNI customer alongwith Dmat account with your bank, Because this approach I have shifted my home account to another bank.



                Please don't send me generalised credit policy which explains how billing is made. Please tally account.

                Can please expalin?? why my card was blocked when my credit is upto Rs 64000. I would expected your bank to atleast call up & inform in advance. Now that you have blocked the card please tally account & close the issue.

                Note : In case if i get calls which are unreasonble & without understanding the matter only asking payment from your credit collection agency. I will explain 2-3 times not beyond that.

                However if I any credit collection agency uses force i have no option but file criminal case against your official

                ICICI Bank Credit Card — Late Fee & other Charges

                Dear Sir,
                I,(HifzurRehman) have been using my ICICI-Credit Card([protected]) since last so many years and have always been making all the payments against outstanding well, on or before due date.(You can Check, i[censored] please).
                Last month, I met with an accident which led me to be on bed rest for about a fortnight as a result the last month payment could not be made in time, resulting into charges levied on my card, amounting to Rs.535.85*(Rs 400-Late fee, Rs.85.81-Interest, Rs,41.20 & Rs.8.84-Service Tax).
                Therefore, being an old & trustworthy card-Holder, i take this privilege to request your goodself to please look into this and kindly arrange to waive off the above mentioned charges*.

                  Dear sir, I am K.Arun my credit card no.[protected], and my address M/s. Sumeru knits, unit-ii, a division of sri saravana spinning mills(p) ltd, erankattur, Sathy. Erode (dt) 638402. On today, your coimbatore office collection centre representative has made lot of trouble and made question to my job.The representative named Ms.Nancy has conducted vide the telephone Nos.[protected],[protected],[protected] to all my higher authorities and told that i have not made payment for my credit cards also she told to them what ever she wish. Sir, Actually, she has told me on yesterday(28-07.10) that she will be sending especially one representative to my office at Sathy to collect the payment. So, i have waited the whole day but no such representative has come for the collection.On today morning[protected] she again called me and advised that she will be sending the collection agent on today.I told her not to send any representative to my office i will arrange the payment then i went for the meeting. She has denied all my conversations and scholded me very badly and she conveyed all my officials at my office here at sathyamangalam also to my head office at palladam about the nonpayment. My total reputation was spoiled by her. Also now, my job here is questioned. I have conveyed the issue to your coimbatore office officials Mr. Sathis at his mobile no.[protected] & Mr.Karuppiah nageshwaran manager at his mobile no. [protected]. Mean while, as per the discussion had with Mr. Sathish i have made the payment of sum of Rs.5600 towards cash at Tirupur it self. The receipt No. is 22451015. The Mr. Karuppiah has guided me properly about hte future payment. iam not only holding the creditcard of your bank also I have got the unit linked endowment plus policy at my wife name Mrs. Geetha client id 52675649 at your bank.Probably, it will be completing this september. I have got high opinion on your bank.Inspite of my repeated request she did'nt here what iam telling and scholded me whatever she wish also made a question to my job.Now iam in standstill position what to do? Hence i bring this subject for your kind perusal and a very strong action such type of behaviours and save my job. Also pls. provide me the top officials maid id's so as to convey my position to them also about how the customer was wrongly handled by Ms.Nancy.
