why cibil not ready to take money from me???
hello my name is raajveer my name is in cibil as credit card defaulter...the money is about 90000 INR which i couldnt paid for last 10 months due very bad financial problems.i am still sufering from same problem and i am ready to pay 20000 INR which i managed very difficult as cant pay more than this .
i had word with my bank citi bank but they want whole amount in full with interest i asked them to make emi for i year but they are not ready for that even....
now i am going to usa as married to usa citizen lady.i am not coming back to india ever and i have told this to bank but still they are not ready to listen..
help me out to get my name out of cibil as am offering this amount last time or else i will destrioy my pan no and am flying to usa and dont care about anybody..
i had asked them if you want money that is 20000 INR take it right now or just go away dont disturb me then also they are not ready to take .....
so now i have decided not pay single penny and to say get lost citi bank ......

Credit Card — monthly bills
Dear Sir/ MedamMy billing address is changed i will not recive my last 4 months bill.
My credit card No. is [protected]. I am not receiving monthly statements of credit card bills since 6 months. I am making payments on the basis of message received on my cellular phone. In the message it is mentioned that statement is sent through courier service. But I am not receiving the statements. So please make sure to send statements every month. Send me the statement of month of June 2008 immediately.

I am not recieving monthly bill statements regularly.Every month i will be recieving a sms on cell phone that that the statement is despached by courier ser vice but i am not recieving any. this month I recived a message that the statement is sent to my hot mail account which i am not using now.please send statements to my GMAIL A/C which is [protected]@gmail.comi have 564 IMINT points to my credit and iwant to redeem them.for I need IMINTCARD.so pleasse send me I-MINT CARD .
Kindly contact the bank and please do disclose ur card number online... if you can please delete the card no as it may be misuse with it...

HDFC billing departmet harrassing me by holding my salary account. my credint card no is
[protected] ( inernational gold card) .Credit card department provided me EMI card By
charging me 400 rupees.I have purchased an A.C in the month of may 2009 at rs 15000 approx but
they have not converted that ammount in EMI and i have complaned this custmer care and credit
card department but they had not response to me. In the month of july i got a call from the number of
[protected] that was Mr lalit chaudhary( manager hdfc) who demanded me some of 1345 rupees
and told me that he will convert my balance which is 15000 rupees in EMI THEN HE SENT AN
EXECUTIVE to my residense to collact the money which is given by me on 21/07/09 .Reference
number given by Mr lalit chaudhary is[protected].Kindly release my salary which is 7638 rupees as
soon as possible and kindly take an action on it.

Dear Sir,I holding citibank, hdfc & icici hsbc bank credit card since 5 years and my payment history was very good, I never ever fail to pay the monthly untill now.
Right now I have losed my job and searching a new job, so, I wont be able to pay the credit card outstanding, they may harash me by the recovery agents in that case what I am supposed to do.
I will be paying thus outstanding amount when I got job or money but at present I cannot. The total outstandin would be 80 thousands,60thousands,113lac thousands, Please give me your best suggestion before I get in trouble with those recovery agents or lawyer notice for high fourt .(Please settelment )

NO CARD AND NO TRANSACTION, BUT STATEMENT POSTED TO MY MAIL & TO MY MOBILE
I, DWARAMPUDI SUBBA RAYAL REDDY USED SBI CARD AROUND 5 YEARS APPROX. BACK AND CLEARED ALL THE DUE AMOUNTS AND AFTER RENEWAL MAY BE IN BETWEEN APRIL -AUGUST 2005, I DENIED TO RESTART THE USAGE OF CARD DUE TO RENEWAL CHARGES CLAIMED AND SAME INFORMED TO RESPECTIVE SBI CREDIT CARD - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PERSON AT THAT TIME ITSELF AND POSTED THE CREDIT CARDS(INCLUDING MY SPOUSE SUPPLEMENTARYCARD) IN PIECES FORM TO THEM AS PER THEIR RULES AND REGULATIONS.

Payments of all Purchases made in time but sending the statements received for new purchases (card not used for the last 6 months)
As per the purchases made from my credit card and statements received, I made all the payments in time for the full amount. I was surprised to receive the next statement showing the outstanding amount which I never received earlier. I tried to contact the customer care executive many times and wasted many days for hours but unable to reach. Immediately I stoped using the card which gives me more trouble than the comfort o[censored]sing it ( All other credit card in India are providing much better service than this card, where it isalmost impossible reach out a customer care executive for any problem faced by the user ). Once or twice I could reach the customer care executive after wasting amost 2/3 hours without any fruitful results. Last month I received a threatning letter also for the legal action and cancellation of my card. Then I contacted the customer care executive and asked me to deposit Rs 412/- against the outstanding ( which actually was not due to me ) and it was confirmed that my credit card is cancelled. I deposited the cash in protest, so that in future they should not harrass me. It is very shameful that HSBC, which operates worldwide is harrassing their users for the recovery of an amount which is not at all spent and making money out of such type of practice. I have all the statements and the details of payments against each statement which clearly shows that not outstanding amount was due against my purchases. Now you are requested to refund Rs. 412/- paid by me which was never due to me.

I hope HSBC shall take necessary steps so that the cunsumers are not harrassed like this.
In case of any further aggravation of this matter, I shall be forced to send the copies of all the statements and payments to print media (TOI, HT, etc.) and electronic media (all the news channels)

I HADE ADVICE TO CLOSED CR CARD WHILE RECEIVED FIRST CR.CARD STMT BUT NO ACTION NOW ASKING FOR PENALTIES

I am employed with Everest Industries Limited having office at Mumbai. In or about Feb 2006, your marketing representative visited my Thane office and gave demo for the usage features of your card. While I was inquiring about the features of your card, your marketing representative obtained my signatures on some forms and obtained some documents from me for purpose of noting my name as “interested member” for filling inquiry form. Subsequently your Bank Credit Card bearing No[protected] was posted to me at my office address.
I say that without my using your card, your Bank sent me statement for Rs.210/-.approximately. I say that I immediately called your customer care number putting forth my grievance and called upon them to cancel my card and terminate services with immediate effect. I also called upon them to sent me letter for “No claim”, to which they showed their inability and stated that same is granted only in case where there is any dispute above Rs.1000/-, however they assured me that card is cancelled and services are terminated. I say that subsequent thereof, I have not received any statement from your bank till date.
I say that from last about 15 days, I am receiving sms from your bank for payment of Rs.4570/- towards aforesaid credit card pending bills. I had never imagine of such conduct from Big Banking Corporation like yours. I say that without usage of your services, how can I be made and forced to pay charges levied by you. I put forth my grievances with your customer care at Ram Maruti Rd branch, Thane who showed their inability to locate my bills and pending dues. They were also unable to provide me any Bank statement though I was ready and willing to bear the cost for same. I say that I also spoke to Mr.66667070 of your Bank collection centre at Mumbai,[protected] who responded to me rudely as if I am bring defaulter / criminal. Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that I am one of the victim of cyber crime and found it very difficult to come out from the situation. For that I need your help to save me or help me out from this hectic situation created in between myself and HDFC bank.
There ware some fraud transaction, happened on my HDFC Credit card account number [protected] in the month of September 2008. When I received the statement for the month of September 2009 and surprised to see that few suspicious transactions happened in my card account and the same was immediately inform to customer care cell of HDFC bank. I was assured by the customer care representative that your case will take at least a month to resolve. But I am very sorry to inform you that nothing is happened on that month to till today except to pressurize by the bank to clear the outstanding against my card’s fraud transactions.
After a month again few fraud transaction were again happened on my card account (Summery is attached for your reference) that clearly indicate bank authorities was not at all taken any serious note of this fraud happened again with me. Due to bank negligence I become the victim of cyber crime.
Getting in touch the bank again, the customer care department was advised me to drop a complaint in writing to my nearest drop box of HDFC ATM. I was dropping the same (copy enclosed). I was again surprised that one day bank executive called me over phone and requested me to clear my long pending outstanding instead of taking action on my written complaint sent by fax too, I was clearly denied the person of paying my dues.
After some time one day one executive from HDFC bank was visited my residence and threatening me of paying the amount, that is not at all bearable or expected from such a resulted bank of India. I once again clearly informed the representative that I am not going to lay anything to bank unless and until my case have not been clear by the bank.
After that very day to till today I have 100 of calls for clearing of my fraud transaction amount. Now HDFC bank started sending legal notices for clearing of the amount.
It is also bring to your kind notice that on Aug. 29, 2009 the HDFC bank Card division has illegally transfer funds form my Saving Bank A/c No.[protected] and debited the payment of Rs. 8,279.59 without my consent.
It is also bring to your kind notice that fraud amount in the month of Sept. 2008 statement is Rs. 3,592.61 & in the month of Oct. 2008 statement is Rs. 3,906.25 and now comes to Rs. 13,135.51 with the late fees and service taxes that is not at all justified.
Now I have no option left to trouble you to help me out and sort the problem in-between myself and HDFC Bank and save me from the harassment done with my by the bank authorities.
I am mentioning below the letter dt. 21/10/2008, which I faxed & e-mailed to the Manager Credit Card Division, HDFC Bank.

I have noticed some transactions in my statement, which was not made by me. When I called your customer care number then executive told me that my card data is hacked, due to that it happens.

When I came to know that there is no solution on telephonic conversation, I started written communication through e-mail, these were on March 10, March 17 & April 18, 2009.
Reply received from bank official is listed below:
I received information from Bank executives that “As apprised in the earlier response, we wish to reiterate you that on receipt of a request from a cardholder for details or a copy of a particular transaction, we in turn liaise with the concerned Bank for the same. Such requests are bound as per Visa/ MasterCard guidelines and the other bank is not liable to respond to our query should the dispute be referred beyond the specific time frame."
We observe from our records that we were not in receipt of any written instructions as on date towards the disputed transaction.
As you would observe from the reverse of the statement, all disputes should be communicated to us in writing within 60 days from the date of the statement which contains the transaction in question. We wish to inform you that our records do not indicate receipt of any written communication from you seeking clarification on the above charges. In future please refer any unrecognized transaction / charge to the bank immediately, as this will enable us resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
You can understand from the above contents of the answer given by HDFC bank that clearly shows that the fault is from my side only, on the other hand I have already informed the bank about disputed transaction on my card account well within the time.
So I request you to help me to sort out this issue between myself & HDFC bank at earliest & oblige.

When I came to know that there is no solution on telephonic conversation, I started written communication through e-mail, these were on March 10, March 17 & April 18, 2009.
Reply received from bank official is listed below:
I received information from Bank executives that “As apprised in the earlier response, we wish to reiterate you that on receipt of a request from a cardholder for details or a copy of a particular transaction, we in turn liaise with the concerned Bank for the same. Such requests are bound as per Visa/ MasterCard guidelines and the other bank is not liable to respond to our query should the dispute be referred beyond the specific time frame."
We observe from our records that we were not in receipt of any written instructions as on date towards the disputed transaction.
As you would observe from the reverse of the statement, all disputes should be communicated to us in writing within 60 days from the date of the statement which contains the transaction in question. We wish to inform you that our records do not indicate receipt of any written communication from you seeking clarification on the above charges. In future please refer any unrecognized transaction / charge to the bank immediately, as this will enable us resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
You can understand from the above contents of the answer given by HDFC bank that clearly shows that the fault is from my side only, on the other hand I have already informed the bank about disputed transaction on my card account well within the time.
So I request you to help me to sort out this issue between myself & HDFC bank at earliest & oblige.

Reduction in credit limit
I.had ICICI credit cards visa & American express since Oct,2006. My credit limit was Rs.1 Lac. I have never defaulted on account of payment. I have always paid my dues on time. On 05/09/09 I was trying to book my e air ticket to Manchester, UK by using my credit card no [protected] (valid from Oct,06 to Oct,10) but my transaction was failed due to insufficient limit of my card. Immediately, I contacted customer care office and I was told that my credit limit was reduced to merely Rs. 14999/- I was stunned , few days back I recieved a call from ICICI executive to inhance my credit limit to Rs. Three Lacs and all of sudden it was reduced to Rs. 14999/- and that to without intimating me. I am manager in IDTR a unit of Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. It was a great insult to me and my organisation. It resulted a sharp reaction from me,I asked customer care office to cancel my both cards. There was no logic to keep the cards just for Rs. 14999/- My orgn is such a reputed one where many Co/Banks come with great offer. Certainly I can get new ones but I want to know have I ever defaulted on payments or not paid the dues,if not then why my limit was reduced,please inform me . Thanks & Regard.

ICICI Credit cards — MY CREDIT CARD CREDIT LIMIT IS REDUCED
MY ICICI PREFERRED CREDIT CARD NUMBER IS [protected]. AS PER ICICI LETTER DATED OCTOBER 31.2008, I WAS OFFERED A CREDIT LIMIT OF 15, 000-00. AND CASH LIMIT OF 3, 000-00. THE SAID LETTER WAS COURIERED TO ME ON 03.11.2008. TILL DATE 23.04.2009, I HAD NOT USED MY ABOVE SAID CREDIT CARD. ON 23.04.08, WHEN I WAS TRYING TO USE IT, THE CREDIT LIMIT IS SHOWING AS 170.18. I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE FOR THE REASON TO REDUCE MY CREDIT LIMIT. THE PERSON TOLD ME THAT SINCE I HAD NOT USED CREDIT CARD FOR MORE THAN 5 MONTHS, MY CREDIT LIMIT IS REDUCED AND THEY WILL NOT MAKE IT TO 15, 000-00 AT ANY COST BUT ARE READY TO LOOSE A CREDIT CARD HOLDING CUSTOMER. I FEEL ICICI CREDIT CARDS IS NOT INTERESTED IN RETAINING THE CUSTOMERS EVEN AFTER MY REQUEST. I have applied for credit card in the month of april last week. I have not yet recieved any card/reply till today i.e 14th dec 2009.I have submitted all the proofs that neccessary for the card they told after 15days will inform you regarding your process.

Dear Sir,
I am After American Express Bank Credit Card Division.
I had taken a Card From Amex in 1991 and never used it. There was one BPL Mobile Bill for around 2174.54 iin 1993 which I too paid directly to BPL therefore asked the bank to cancel this entry. Therafter in May 2003 i got a letter from American Expess that they will temporarily credit this amount. After this i i surrendered my credit card cancelled and never used the card. Thereafter I too never got any correspondense from bank for any outstanding. To my surprise when i wanted to take a loan through Axis bank couple of months back they have reported that i have this credit warning raised against me by Amex. I called up American Express Gurgaon and also sent them Letter but never got a reply. The credit report in Cibil Reads as below

I had an american express card #[protected]. I had used the card for many years and never had any default. I was out of India for a few months together. The bill for dec 2007 was not paid. The bank cancelled the card. However, I voluntarily paid all outstanding including interest (we all know the crazy interest rates of AEB) in July 2008. I thought now my life is peaceful.
I never knew what is in store for me. In sept 2009, this month, I applied for a housing loan. The housing loan issuing bank came back to me saying I am on the negative list of Master Card which is called Satyam On-Line. Thus they rejected by loan. I was shocked. I called from China and spoke to customer service person of AEB who was surprised why my name is there when no outstandings. They take many days even to understand why the hell my name was reported by them when my card payment track record was so good. They had even NO clue as regards in which list my name was reported by them.
I gave them the MCNF information. After few days...they just send me a letter stating my name has been taken out.
My points are...
1. The bank itself does not know where and how they report customer names for non-payment.
2. They never even sent one communication that they will report my name to negative list for non-payment. (they never called me, but we all know how many calls we get before we get a credit card)
3. They took money with interest. But that time they did not take out my name from their side.
4. My name is taken out after more than a year after I chased them knowing my name is appearing there.
5. My loan is rejected...causing my lose huge money and harassment.
This is the condition of American Express Credit Card.

VERY VERY POOR SERVICE OF HSBC WITH LOT OF CHARGES
RECENTLY I HAVE CLOSED MY HSBC CREDIT CARD. HSBC BANK UNLIKE OTHER BANKS WILL DIRECTLY DEBIT LOT OF LATE PAYMENT CHARGES WITHOUT FROM THEIR SIDE SENDING STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT. EVEN FOR RS.100 THEY HAVE NOT SENT STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT BUT DEBITED RS.400 LATE PAYMENT CHARGES ALTHOUH IMMEDIATELY I HAVE FORWARDED RS.500 INSTEAD OF RS.100 AS PAYMENT BY HEARING OVER PHONE FROM THEM. I DONT WANT ANY JUSTICE FROM ANYBODY BUT IF POSSIBLE TO WARN HSBC BANK THAT ON THE PRETEXT THAT THEY HAVE SENT THE CARD STATEMENT THEY CANNOT CHARGE THE LATE FEE HEAVILY WITHOUT CHECKING FROM THE CUSTOMER WHETHER THEY RECEIVED THE STATEMENT (THEY SHOULD HOLD PROOF OF DELIVERY OF STATEMENT BEFORE CHARGING LATE FEE).

Credit Card application was rejected
Hi,
I recently applied for a Standard Chartered bank Credit Card but after all successful verifcations were over, I received a regret letter from the bank stating that based on the cibel history my card request could not be processed. Kindly verify and let me know why my name is being reflected in the cibel since I had never ever defaulted on any credit card or loan in my life. Further if my name does present in the cibel kindly provide me with the details and reasons for the same.

unnecessary amount to be paid
why is my name in dfaulters list. ICICI bank is a fraud bank. I am not using their credit card still its showing i need to pay 17000k becuse of this my loan is rejected why should i pay whne i have not used ? see my records of other loans and credirt cards all the reapyments are on time what is this i have already told icici i am nt using their card then why so i dont want my name in defaulters list or I would like to file a case against ICICI Bank

Sub: Wrongly implicated credit card pending dues from ABN AMRO bank.
Dear sir,
This is to bring it to your information myself ‘Deepak M Bhatija’, control no :[protected] has been wrongly framed for pending dues by ABN AMRO bank as a defaulter for payment of Rs1800/- which I would hereby clarify as under,
ABN AMRO bank had issued a free credit card with a confirmation by their executive that there wont be any annual fees applicable to the same.
Post couple of month they levied an annual charge on the above credit card.
The same was brought to notice and informed to there call center, that I wanted to discontinue with the credit card and informed which was a breach of trust.
Post that I was continuously called up by recovery agents to clear payments and subsidiary penalty charges which were levied on the annual charges.
I warned them if they continue to harass me on the said case I would start my proceedings against them in consumer court. Then there phonecalls stopped from thereon.
Besides there isnt any written intimation from the bank towards registering a complaint.
And now I understand they have logged in my pending dues with CBIL which isn’t relevant and would request CBIL to please clear the outstanding record as the same wasn’t due on any purchase but a perfect example of non commitance from ABN AMRO bank. If you check the faulty outstanding levied are on annual charges and not on any purchases.
I would request CBIL to not allow such banks to login outstandings which are framed and nonrelevant and if to be allowed to be crosschecked with every case whether it’s a genuine login or not.

I Subha Pradeep, w/o Pradeep Kumar Kartha wish to bring to your notice the following facts for your kind attention and necessary action. Of late I have been receiving unsolicited telephone calls from a person (telephone number [protected]) who claims to be a manager at SBI. He refuses to disclose his name but keeps talking about clearing an outstanding against a credit card from SBI. When I tried to convey that I did not know details about such a card, as I did not poses one he started using abusive language and even made immoral suggestions. On verifying further I find that my husband had possessed a credit card from SBI (card no:[protected] but am not aware of any transactions under the same or further details. My husband is currently out of station and I am not in a position to communicate with him. I have tried to convey this detail to the caller and also the fact that I cannot be held responsible for the outstanding position in his credit card if any. However the caller refuses to listen and continues to use abusive language. He has been trying to call me and other members of my family several times in the past few days and that too at odd hours of the day. I find this extremely harassing and intimidating and wish to inform you that it is putting me and my family under a lot of stress and strain. In light of the facts mentioned above I request you to use your good offices to take necessary action to put a stop to such actions from the caller. Please note if this harassment continues further I will have no other option but to approach the concerned authorities to redress my grievance. I will highly appreciate an acknowledgement from you side and a positive response to help stop this harassment.

ICICI Prudential Life INS EMI Deducted without took insulation
Hello Sir/Madam,
I have Preferred credit card holder, since last three month i got ICICI Prudential Life INS EMI in my statement, but i'm not took this INS. I had called customer care, they are not able to solve this issue. I talked to prudential customer care also, they said there is not record for your INS. In our local branch, ( Jabalpur Madhya pradesh) no body help me . This is really worst services in your jabalpur branch. Now i very Frustrated, let me know what i have do now?

Not received my Provident Fund Till Date

And I submitted form for PF(Provident fund) withdrawal in 2006 I made many calls to HR office for my PF enquiry but still my PF is not credited to my given account no, neither do they response to my phone calls.It's been a long time, according to the rules the PF should be credited to the account in 3months but for me its been 1/2years I request you to credit my Pf amount as soon as possible.

Misbehaviour and mentally tortured by ICICI Bank Credit Card Dept.
I took Visa credit Card in July’ 2003 (My Credit Card No.- [protected] ) and we used credit Card facilities in 2/3 year, but we regularly paid min. amount till Aug’08.
In Oct’08 I have requested to your Andheri branch to close my credit card and settle my account . Mr. Desmukh has called me in second week of Oct’08, and they confirmed in end of Oct’08 my account will be settled, but till June 5th’2009 my amount was not settled.
We further discussed with Customer Care dept. (Mrs. Sneha) on 11.06.09 and we have agreed to settle my account in Rs. 88, 000/- (Rs. Eighty Eight Thousand ) in fore installment. First installment will be start on June 15th ‘2009 of Rs. 22, 000/- (Rs. Twenty Two Thousand) and subsequently other three installments will be paid, and completed by Sep’2009. Ref. No. of Settlement : SR10893460, Dt. 11.06.09.
On 14.06.09 when I was in Gujarat, your Mr. Sharma(Mob.- [protected]) of Andheri branch has send one representative to my house to collect Rs. 4000/- against my credit card due, my wife has informed to representative that myself in not available in town, so pls come tomorrow and collect the payment, but their representative threaten to my wife, if amount will not be paid immediately, then they will call to police, and representative has also threaten to my society security.
Meanwhile Mr. Sharma of your Andheri branch has called me, and I was also told by Mr. Sharma to pay Rs. 4000/- than and there to representative, other wise they will call the polish. Since, I was not in town I request to my wife to pay Rs. 4000/- immediately and she paid him.
I want to know is it the way service provides by your team to customer.
I have been totally frustrated and mentally tortured to us by them and there
responses.

I am also facing almost the same problem. My parents have a icici card and they aged now. So we thought of settlement. But the amount which they gave was senseless. My dad's outstanding is around 80000 and they said the settlement would be 75000. This amount does not make sense. Now they harass us by coming to our house and getting police.
They never get any police, but now i have told them that if they crash into my house without giving notice then i will complain to the police.

I WANT CHANGE MY ADDRESS, BUT I CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER CARE, NO RESPONSE

Could Not Pay
Dear Sir,
I holding citibank, hdfc & barclay credit card since 5 years and my payment history was very good, I never ever fail to pay the monthly untill now.
Right now I have losed my job and searching a new job, so, I wont be able to pay the credit card outstanding, they may harash me by the recovery agents in that case what I am supposed to do.
I will be paying thus outstanding amount when I got job or money but at present I cannot. The total outstandin would be 80 eighty thousands, Please give me your best suggestion before I get in trouble with those recovery agents.

To avoid this problem write a mail to icici bank mentioning your genue problem if you are intrested to repay.

Delete name from CIBIl.
Dear Sir / Madam,
I had a credit card account with standard charted bank. I had closed my account with the bank. Now they have put me in defaulters list. when i ask them abt the same, they say just ignore.complain now. Please help me to get out of this problem. I do not want my name on CIBIL. Due to this I am unable to get any Personal Loan or any other credit cards. I have been fooled badly by the bank.

I fully agree with it coz the same thing has happened with me. I had a credit card account with standard charted bank. I had closed my account with the bank. Mentally harrssed by bank
my card no. is [protected] I have regularly paid the instalment but i have charged heavely by you and mentally harrasssed by your employee like i am calling from crime branch etc Please settele my account otherwise i got a call from shankar sheth branch pune no. is [protected], [protected].

Obnoxious Behavior of yr staff
My son had defaulted payment on his credit card since he has met with a serious road accident and is on bed for the last 2 months. On my knowing this matter, I called HSBC Bombay & spoke to Ms Neha Joshi
I requested her to send me three details such as Purchases, Payment made and Interest component.
The lady named above is EXTREAMLY rude, mannerless, & abusive. We had been requesting for a DRAFT of a NO Dues certificate before we made the payment.She insisted that we first make out the payment DD that too in a language which is far from polite. She has not only behaved badly with me,
she used the same skills on my secretary and assassinated her character too.Absolutely shameful from a person employed with a reputed organization as yours..
30 minutes ago, we have sent a mail to your Mr Santosh. Kangne Asst. Manager Debt management
again requesting for a draft of the No dues certificate.
We are shocked at the treatment meted out to people who want to pay you your dues.

One Year Ago i had applied For your Banks credit card.But since then i have not received the card, whereas you are sending me letters about the card statement and interest rate.How could you be so irressponsible.?
This is how your Credit Department works? I don't have your credit card, so there is no point of telling me about the bills & statement.
This is the Third time i had received your Letter.
I request you, not to send me any letter or any communication.I don't want your credit card.

Incorrect Name on Credit Card
Hi,
I was issued a credit card by HSBC with incorrect name. Though, my first name was correct, my last name was entirely different. This happened almost 2 years back.
I called up the customer care and told them that I cannot use this card as my last name is incorrect in the card (and even in their database). If they send card with correct name, I will use the card. Few such requests did not result in issue of new card with correct name.
Then, I just forgot that issue and didn't use the card for ever.
Recently, the credit card section called me and told that there is some due on my credit card. They are claiming that the card got renewed for two years and hence this is the renewal fees and even if I have to cancel that card, this is the fee I have to pay as a settlement. Otherwise, they are take legan action.
My question is "as the card was not sent with correct name, and request for correction was not listened at the time of issue of card, asking for a settlement fee for cancellation of card is valid?" What should be my move now?
