After paying a sum of Rs.40,000. towards the full and final settlement against the dues on my Citi Bank credit card account no [protected] at one shot, to my agony i have found that my name is there in the CIBIL as being a defaulter. Also am not getting NOC till date.

This is to Bring your Kind Notice That I Amit Bahuguna was holding a Credit Card of H.S.B.C. Bank with the Card No.:- [protected], Which I Requested to Cancel Against the Full and Final Settlement.
Now The Same Card Has been cancelled by the bank, But the final Settlement I have made twice one by Cheque and one by Cash details are as follows:-

I have already applied for a personal loan from HDFC bank, but they told me that your name shows in defaulers list from CIBIL, , But I have settled all the payments with ICICI, Standard & chartered bank & Amex. They also given me the NOC against all settlement, Now I badly in need of money for Rs. 1 Lakhs, Only problems comes for CIBIL List, Can you remove my name from the CIBIL List, I can produce all required...
