Worst customercare service

I hav bought a faber chimney and faber stove in january 2021. It had a complaint so we called for customer care for our first service . They asked for replcing a battery kind of thing. Which they took and went and didnt brought it back, it has been 3 months . Just a worst response...

credit card charges & overdues

I have issued the Credit Card by Axis Bank but PIN was not generated due to some problem. I have tried to generate PIN by IVR /ATM /Axis Branch but not generated in all circumstances. Than, I have tried to block this card immediately many times by your customer care & your axis branch Executive. But not blocked, why .When card is not in activation /Utilization from starting than will not be any dues /outstanding. Again, I have given the complaints...

Hi,

I am under in treatment for my pregnancy and I called customer care for Doctor's availability for my not very good sugar report. Doctors appointment was full and when I asked can I come as walk in patient and wait for sometime to get the report discussed with doctor on which customer care lady responded arrogantly .

How come Hiranandani management is entertaining such people where customer is in mental tension...

fake call asking for bank detail

When i submitted complaint on this site there are many fake call asking for my bank details and card information... They said that they will credit my money if i give them number.. I had not given then any information to them.

But you should take strict actions for this wrong doer..

Fraud Call

As soon I have entered the complaint I got a call from the Mobile Number [protected] and the caller told me that he is calling from Mobikwik & he was asking Card details like Card Number Expiry Date & OTP . I Think this is a Fraud Caller as he wanted all details of Card. Kindly beware of Such Fraud callers and don't ever give card details to anyone....

carelessness and irresponsible

My name is vasudha and i am unhappy with Vodaphone. from 23/09/2010 i am calling vodaphone customer care regarding refund of my money which they have deducted for GPRS service(70Rs). I am teling them that i haven't activated GPRS but yet they r saying i was using so i spoke to GPRS department they said it was activated for 5days and 1Re each day is deducted so remaining wil be refunded back. so i called complaints department...
