I have ordered jbl bluetooth speaker vide order number [protected] on 2nd oct 2019.in their site it is shown as jbl 3 flip with earpods, however what i received is only bluetooth speaker without earpods and that too was not original. Some chinese without any name of company.

It is cheating that they advertise company's product and delivering wrong item.

I have ordered jbl bulutooth speaker with earpod free, costing rs 1788. But i received a cheap product costing 350 rs. Please take legal action against the company. There no option to return the product. I think the company is fake. Many people were not received the product after making the online payment. So i kindle request you to take necessary legal action against the company.

I have ordered jbl 3 bluetooth speaker but received some china made speaker and also there was earpods of two pairs offered in order but received only one.

Please check your vendor on priority and resolve such unlawful and cheating behaviour.

I had ordered jbl sleaker and earlod combo, hbiq headset and m3 smart band combo total of rs2118.00
But they sent me only m3smart band and a non working hbiq headset and the rest of the products not received but they had sent on the tiny box for smart watch the total bill. Extremely fradulent and i want my money back.
I am a foreign student in india n i never expected this kind of fraud

As i have ordered xiomi mi band 4 i ve received wrong product delivered to me not the genuine product that i expected and your helpdesk is not getting connected! So with this inaccuracy of the order i need

Mene jbl ka bluetooth speaker order kiya tha aur uske saath ek ear pad free tha. Jab mene box ko unbox kiya to usme jbl ka speaker nhi kisi or coy ka speaker jisme naam hi nhi tha. Or earpad bhi nhi tha. Please call me,

I ordered a jbl flip3 speaker with an offer that tws mini airpod will be given free. I paid money online and now i want to cancel my order. The customer care number they gave is a fraud and its not working. I am afraid that my hard earned money will be looted by them. The amount i paid is rs.1440. I have booked a jbl speaker with two ear pod free. Payment of rs 1439/- was also paid through sbi netbanking. Today items received to me which are used, old, and broken and also not as per specifications. Please refund my amount earliest otherwise file a case against u... Order id-[protected]. Once when i was scrolling instagram i saw a ad in which they showed that there is a special offer on mi 4 wrist band, i opened that page then i ordered it. But i wanted to cancel it, they did not respond to it. After few days when it came i opened it and saw that the watch was a duplicate product. When i again wanted to return the watch they again did not respond to that. So i tried calling to thier customer care number, they did not receive it. So please help me to return the watch and to refund the money. The watch just came today but it is fake one.

My friend has ordered mi band 4 smart gadgets from ezeedeals.in website.
He was not available about this faurd & unregistered company. Unable to cancel order..

He has ordered without sign in.. Just filled up required details which asked during order (Name, email, address, pin code). Even he didn't received email confirmation about order.
He received "m3 my device my life" product where he ordered mi band 4 smart gadgets (Buy one get one free).
Price is 1999/-... Real price is m3 is 380*2 for two.
Now, we are unable to call on ezeedeals customer care.. Even unable to track order id on their website after sign up with order email address.

Now, how to return & get refund?

Is [protected] order date 24/09/19 and they send me a local portable wireless speaker and theye didn'tsent me earpod what is only worth a rs.200 while they charged me rs.1439 and blutooth speaker and speaker is not even working. Now i am trying to call them they not even picking up the call not even responding a mail, i have phoned them so many time from different number but it getting disconnected automatically, it's been 48 hours still they not responding to my mail that i have been cheated and i dont want this product, and i wanted to return it on immediate basis... One day, i saw the advertiesment of co, - ezee deals for the product - imported frontier s3 smartwatch + jbl charge 3 bluetooth speaker at 1899/- with the right information given on the site, so i made the order and paid the money as online payment to the co. On date - 17.09.2019. On dated - 22.09.2019, i got the product through courier. When i unbox the product, it was some wrong band has been dispatched from the co. Which was totally different with the information shown on the co. Ezee deals site. So, i have been cheated from the co. Ezee deals. - i am calling so many times to the given co.'s ezee deals contact no. Which provide on the site doesn't responded. I mail to the co. On the same date of delivered but co. Doesn't give me any response/ revert. Kindly look into the matter n do the need full. I want to return the product or refund my money back, please kindly solve the matter

I have initialy submitted the request against ezeedeals for sending me the duplicate version of the jbl speakers and today i got a call from mr deepak working in the company and asking me about the card details in which he says he needs to know the cvv and expiry month and when i refused to give the details he simply disconnected the call . I kindly request consumer complain forum authorities to take an action against them as they are scamming people . If they were genuine he should have just asked the account no and ifsc code not the other things . Pls i urge you to kindly see into the matter and get my money refunded (rs1900) .

Web site don't allow to register the complaint n no provision to update feedback. It's complete fraudulent web site. Do not purchase any thing from ezeedeals website.

I kindly request the consumer complain forum authorities to please look into the matter where i ordered flip 3 jbl speakers from ezeedeals.in worth rs 1898and they shipped me chinese duplicate version worth rs 200. I tried to contact but the information available is not proper. Im attaching the pictures of the e-receipt along with the product received. Kindly take a legal action against them so that i can get my refund back and also resolve the inconvenience caused to consumers like me. They are cheating on people and sending duplicate products. Hello i am sp singh from ludhiana punjab. I am 30 years old.. Last night i visit a site named ezee deals.com using instagram. On that site i saw a jbl bluetooth speaker set at good price... I ordered that thing with online payment using phone pay bhim up pay. My payment is deducted from my account but my order is not confirmed. Please make a solution.

I ordered the krypton lte smartwatch, in 1599 but get cheap watch with many problems in it. After sale service was worst, no call pick, no mail reply. Kindly replace my order as 1599 was big amount for me it's my saving from months. Please look into matter as the product provided was so cheap..

I had ordered a mi band 3, guess what i got (M3 my device my life).

Mi band 3 actually costs rs. 1999 but this fraud company discounted it at rs.1399 with an offer of buy 1 get 1 free. When ordered, they sent this (M3 my device my life) that actually costs around rs 350.
I have checked on net for reviews and there are hundreds of fraud cases which i didn't know earlier. This fraud company should be banned permanently..

I ordered jbl bluetooth speaker and two earpods and paid for it rs 1439.
But the product is local chinese product and only one earpod was sent.
They sent me this receipt no #[protected] through mail. There is no complaint registration or active contact no in their site. Many customers complained about the same company and product. So please solve me the problem

I have ordered jbl bluetooth speaker & ear pod from ezeedeals on august 27th 2019, it is said with the offer of buy one get one.

What i received is a cheap duplicate company items and also defective instead of mentioned jbl brand on the website. I need to return this duplicate product and get my money refunded back asap.

Customer service number given by ezee deals after order completion [protected] is fake and doesn't work.

Please cancel my order at ezeedeals of jbl charge 3 bluetooth speaker & get tws mini earpod free (Eze000194). This was a huge mistake i do not want the item, the order was placed by mistake by a children in our family. We have no requirement of the product.

I would request you to please take an action for cheating people with wrong information in websites and not reacting thereafter.

Dear sir,
I have ordered 20000 mah mi power bank for rs 999/- on 8th august. I have received the package on 20th august (Super fast delivery). When i unboxed it, there was duplicate (Local) power bank without any mi trade mark. Also it hardly charges my cellphone at least once (An original 20000mah can charges my cellphone at least 3-4 times).
I found very much cheated, bcoz this duplicate power bank hardly cost 300-350/- in my local market, but this made me paid 999/-
I trust on his website, but they cheated me. I want my money back. Otherwise i will reluctantly drop one complaint in consumer rights protection council (Crpc) under section 415/420 of ipc of the consumer protection act.
