Hi hv ordered jbl flip3 instead i got some cheap product yo-545. Also their was offer of free tws earpod which is also missing. Kindly arrange to refund or replace. Order no [protected]. If ezeedeals did not return my cash. I go to the consumer forum with all paper works.. Busted category website.. Even emails doing fake response.. And yesterday one person call me and tell me your sbi debit card num her.. I send your money they are calling me from ezeedeals. The number is [protected].. They need all debit card details.. Third calss i recorded all this conversation into my phone.. I am tarak halder. My number is [protected]... Within 3 days if my money is not return i went first nearest police station complaint lodge and after go to the civil with consumer forum court and convey all the details with prove and recordings..

I have order frontier s3 smart watch with free blutooth headphones. After 5-6 days my parces was delivered but the product which was on the website are different from the product i delivered. I just want to return it back i had try to contact many times to company number but they are not receiving phone calls. So i request you take the product back as soon as possible.

I order a smart watch on 03/05/2019... But they doesnot a receive msg from my phone no... But my product is confirm... But they don;t have give me any messege from my phone that which time i got my product... My bill is already paid from paytm at rs-1299... Pls help to give me my product.. I dont have any messege from them.. I call the customer care buy they dont receive phone call..

I had ordered jbl flip 3 bluetooth speaker & get tws mini earpod free (Eze000195) from www.ezeedeals.in on 25th of april 2019. I had paid 1439 rs via credit card at the time of payment. I got the delivery on 30th of april 2019. I received only local made bluetooth speaker and one piece local earpod fake product (Non brand instead jbl brand). I tried calling the customer care number they provided on their site, but there was no response. My order no is #[protected].

Dear sir, I had ordered for MI band 3 from Ezeedeals.com and they have sent me duplicate product. Kindly do the legal action as their customer care no is also not working and they are cheating the people. Don't buy any products from Ezeedeal. i had written a mail to them but they are not responding and neither their customer care no is working. Now please suggest me how to get back money and please take a legal action against them. otherwise i will fill a case on them.

I have booked Smartwatch S3 + charge Bluetooth speakers which was fake product delivered to me so make it return and refund as early as possible the items in the box is completely fake and not good to see and customer service numbers are not connecting & very poor service and very bad products so make confirm me that the return details to me to send the product

I want to return the product buy on the ezedeals. I purchase the jbl bluetooth speaker but it is not of the jbl it is an bad company. And i had also buy an mi power bank but it is not in the package of ezeedeals. But the invoice is of both products. Pleas help me for this matter. I am very poor. Sir please help me. I want an refund all money completely

I ordered mi band 3 from ezeedeals on april 12th 2019, it is said with the offer of buy one get one.

In the advertisement it is showing "mi band 3" product and delivered to me cheap "m3 my device my life product".
What i received is a cheap duplicate company band instead of mentioned mi brand on the website.
I have received below mail from their refund team.

I believe this number of showing name of mr. Sanjay paswan and this guy is making fraud with this because he ask me my debit number, expire date of cad and cvv number, when i refuse to give him details he replied.
"do whatever you want to do, we will not refund your money."

They are cheating of our countries people, my request you to pls take some serious action on them.

I ordered mi band 3 but they delivered another fake product. Ezeedeals.. Now they r not answering calls. They display anything and send anything.
Such a fraud company. I want my money refund.
Bcz they are fraud. They write its a original mi band 3.. Bt it qas m3 band. Which is not working properly. So plz help me out.. They give me the fake and unauthorised product.
Product is duplicate and not working condition.

Mi band 3 buy 1 get 1 is offering by the company i ordered that product and the company was send by me this product i opened that product i am very shocked because of this product is comes from not mi brand its m3 band so i decide to return this product but the company was not taken this product to return and also not offering return option there is 7 days return policy but this time they didn't taken the return so totally fraud company my ₹1500 also lost so don't order any product on this company this is totally fraud.

Earlier i have made a complain about cheap quality product delivered by ezeedeal in spite of said product buy one get one mi band 3.

I have received refund massage from your refund team and they have given send me mail and given me one contact number.

I called on that number and that person has told me to call me back within one hour but yet he has not contact to me and now his phone number is switch off and not reachable.

My payment of Rs 1595 for order id [protected], using paytm wallet with transaction id [protected] was deducted from my account but the order is shown as unpaid. There has been no reply or acknowledgement through email. They even cut the phone call as soon as it connects. It feels like a fraud case. Please confirm the order or refund the amount as soon as possible.

I have ordered MI band3 which was showing buy one get one free on ezeedeals website on 2nd April'19. And got the delivery today afternoon. When I was doing unboxing of the product it was not MI brand and in one cable was missing. Then I tried to connect with them but the number is not working. And their website doesn't show the return page. However they have mentioned 7 days return policy while ordering. Need your help to fix this and punish that person who did this such fraud with us.

On 29/03/19 at 6: 25 PM from ezeedeals website I ordered Mi band 3 they were giving offer of buy 1 and get 1 free. I ordered, and paid through online receipt no: [protected].Paymemt id: [protected]. After the delivery of product I see that it is totally fake product it's not a Mi band 3. I cannot contact the customers care executive as the no given all are fake.
I shall be highly obliged if you take some Possitive steps regarding this matter. All the documents is uploaded.

I am unable to reach them.Even they have not refunded my money.

This ezeedeals website offers a product that is mi 20000 power banks 2items for 1500rs. But they delivered a cheap quality product of Power bank and only one piece i received. Now i want to return it back but they didn't provide any information for that and minimum help line also not responding. Coustmerservice is also not responding. Contact number not working. Totally it's a fake website. They cheating the people with attractive offers. I want justice. Give me any solution how can i back this item how my money would come back.

I had ordered mi band 3 in an offer of buy one get one free from www.ezeedeals.I had paid 1599 rs via debit card at the time of payment. I received only one product instead of two that too a fake one (M3 band instead mi band 3)
I tried calling the customer care number but no response.
One lady called me once to confirm my address and then this number is switched off. This questions the entire online tradings in the country. Needed to be sorted out at the ealriest.

When checked the reviews in their page many are telling its good product and they are fully satisfied with that. Strongly doubt that they are also part of this fake group of trading.

I have ordered mi band 3 (buy 1 get 1 free) on 7th March 2019 later I decided to cancel my order. Instead of cancelling of said order, company delivered it to my address & even as per shown in your site buy 1 get 1 free but I got only 1 band without charger(of no use).
Is it the right way to deal with customer?
I tried & still trying to contact to their customer support Number "[protected]" As well as written to "[protected]@ezeedeals.in" Several times But no one picked up & no revert from them.
Till date I never experienced that much bad I had with them.

I'm requesting you to lodge a complaint against this fraud company.

I received a fake mi band 3. The battery backup is also not good. The packing was also not good, it was used one. Touch is also not. Touchscreen is also not available whereas in mi band 3 there is a highly sensitive touch. The product was too old to be used. The packaging company had a great cheat with me. The band was not getting connected with my device and the code given with the band was also not working. People should not believe in his offers as i did.

I am sanket kumbharkar from mumbai. I ordered mi band 3 from ezeedeals, the offer is buy one get one mi band 3 fitness band. But i got a cheap duplicate band instead of mi band 3 and the offer is buy one get one but i got only one duplicate band. I got duplicate product nd only one product. I wish my product is returned and i got my cash back as early as possible.
