I had ordered a frontierS3 watch. But i recieved a faulty and some ### watch, which is not same product as shown in the website of ezeedeals and it is not switching on.Totally fraud product.
I try to call their sevice desk number but everytime after one ring it is getting disconnected.

Please help me to return this product and give my money back.

Is not working. Now i want either original mi band 3buy 1get 1free with charger and instructions guide or refund my money Rs. 1399.
I WAS PLANNING FOR MANY PRODUCTS FROM YOUR SITE PURCHASE BUT SEEING THIS FRAUD OF FAKE PRODUCT DELIVERY ON ADVANCE PAYMENT I AM SHOCKED AND YOU HAD BETRAYED MY TRUST. We got a fake product delivered to our residence instead of an actual mi band 3.
It was on a buy 1 get 1 free offer. The product code is eze000555
The bill was for 1798 inclusive of shipping charges.
The delivery personnel refused to wait while we checked the product and insisted on recieving payment first. The contact numbers are bogus and my family are willing to pursue a legal case against them for the same.

I have ordered a watch from ezeedeals on cash on delivery and now there is no option to cancel the order. So if the watch comes for delivery can i refuse to take the order and cancel it? Even the customer service is not picking up calls. I just wanted to know what are my rights and what if i refuse to take the order. Im worried i need a solution please.

I had ordered frontier s3 smart watch, using ezeedeals website on mi m3 band through your website, https://www.ezeedeals.in, order number : [[protected]] on 7th july 2019 and had paid through internet banking ra.1599/-. But when i received the product on 10th july 2019 it has only a fake product which is not a frontier s3 which i ordered.
The product i have received isn't the one mentioned in the advertisement of yours on facebook and ezeedeals.in site. The ad and ezeedeals.in site claimed the product to be frontier s3 smartwatch with all proper video and photos. But the one i've received is of some different and cheap brand. There is no response while contacting the customer service as described on the site. The site is stil cheating the people so don't buy the product from the site and find out who is behind this cheating

We have purchase imported frontier s3 smartwatch + jbl charge 3 bluetooth speaker from ezee deal.in site by online product id : eze000123 & pay all payment by pnb debit card. But when i received the watch it is not working at all. I have been constantly complaining the customer care of ezee deal but not getting any response from them. Also we are trying to call on customer care no. [protected] but no response from it too. You are requested to please help me out in this.

Yesterday i had received calls which name is resolution team contact number-[protected] he told me please remove your complaint i will do you refund kindly provide me your debit card number for the same. And he wants balance in card for a refund which i didn't understand what a logic behind this if you want to refund then why you required balance. Please take an action on both complaint i want my refund regarding mi 3 band and please take action for this fraud call as well.

I booked frontier s3 smart watch on 30 th june 2019from 'ezeedeals'.3 rd june i received the goods via blue dirt. After receiving the goods i put tge battery and put it on charging for two hours. After charging i saw watch is not openning and also i found after open the box what watch i saw booking time and what i got after receive that is completely different. It is very substandard quality. I am requesting to forum please take the necessity action against this people who are cheating us. I want my money back or replace the goods.

I had seen a flash message of ezeedeals sale on 25th of june 2019 of jbl bluetooth speaker and free mini twiss for rs 1439 only and i had made payment through paytm and product arrived on 1st of july 2019 and when i opened tha parcell i am shocked it was something else there is an unbranded speaker and only 1 peice of mini twiss headphone without any bill or warranty card

I have received a fake/replica/duplicate product from this site.
I have ordered mi band 3 and 2 pieces and jbl flip 3 speakers from this site.
Both of the products are really fake. I would like to add that this site is making fake products and some they are delivering and some they aren't. The site has contact deals which don't respond as well. Please kindly look into this asap.

I had ordered mi band 3 (1+1) cod payment done. While unboxing got a duplicate m3 band which was not mi brand. Need to return immediately and refund my money back. Customer care number & email was not responding by anyone. Calls got disconnected automatically. Your website making public fool. Fraudulent activities doing with customers. I have received the wrong product their is no mi 3 band with the product. And also the product is not matching with the brand showed on the website its another brand.
Its just a normal band of china company i have attached the image of the product with this. And also their are scratches on the that band as if it is a used one.

I want my money back.
This site is really a fake site and deliver fake products.

This website is full of fake about reviews from the customers. I just saw the review in the website regarding the item they given good review. By seeing review just i purchased it without thinking twice. Today i am seeing the same reviews with today date. The dates are updating but not reviews. This is totally fake. They are trying to make money by fooling the people like us. And we also foolish people go for purchasing the items from this site without thinking twice because we are getting the item costs 5999/- in 1699/- we blindly purchase it also through paying online for reducing still 15℅ on the same item.

I ordered mi band 3 from ezeedeals on march 26 june 2019, it is said with the offer of buy one get one.

What i received is a cheap duplicate company band instead of mentioned mi brand on the website. I need to return this duplicate product and get my money refunded back asap.

Customer service number given by ezee deals doesn't work.

I saw offer by company Mi Band 3 with offer buy one get one free. i paid the respective amount through online mode. when i received such parcel from Ezeedeals its local brand band which cost of Rs. 100 to 200/-.

I called there helpline no so many times but they could not respond.

Mene jbl bluetooth speekar magaya tha lekin muze dusara product bhej diya he. Lekin muze dusara duplicate speekar bhej diya he. Uske saath sirf ek eirpod diya he. Lekin book karte samay do dikhaye gaye the.
Mere pass uska vdo bhi he. Mene dilivary man pure paise de diye he likin wo abhi wapan nahi de raha he. Please help me. & get me my original product..

On 22/06/2019 i have received a duplicate and a local bluetooth speaker and a single earpod. While in advertisement, there are two earpod.
So i request you to refund my money as this speaker is of no use. Also customer care no mention on package is not available.

Of 1595 using paytm. I got receipt on my mail but not getting any response from ezeedeals. There number [protected] are ringing and after 1 ring call droped automatically. I am unable to contact and no shipping found. I had reviewed others complaint as well and they are providing wrong (Duplicate) product as well. They are lutians.

I had placed my order on 20 june 2019 through there website.

i even called the customer care and even mailed them for giving me the expected delivery date but they are not picking up the call and even not replying the mail.
after that on 21 june 2019 i mailed them to cancel the order due to there irresponsible behaviour, and opted to give me the refund. since they are not responding to the mails and even the phone calls. i would like to take help of the consumer court and HELP ME TO GET MY REFUND as soon as possible.
