I had ordered for jbl speaker and two tws earphone from ezeedeals on 25/8/19 at 12:59 a. M. Oder no - [protected] and made the payment online through paytm of rs. 1439/-. On 29/08/19 i recd. Some products which are not as per description nor it is at all shown at the time of booking. This is a clear fraud done by this website. I need full refund of my money and i don't require this ugly and unwanted product.

Had ordered 1+1 MI Band 3. To my surprise, I received used product without Working condition and more surprisingly product is not mi band 3 it is m3 local product. I want my money back so please contact me and do the needful. Now I want a refund of my money plus mental harassment case against ezee deals for fooling people around. Please help ME. Nobody is responding at the number given on the website and mail and message, it is totally fake. It gets disconnected automatically. It is our hard to earned money, What I received is a cheap duplicate company band instead of mentioned mi brand on the website.

I have ordered smart watch s3 frontier but i have received fake watch.. The watch they have showed while purchasing is different and what i received is different. I need your help to get my refund as i am not able to contact them. There app is so bad that when u are registering your mail id it's says we have mailed a verification link but you never receive any mail from them. Also when i am try to call there customer care that number is never reachable as it get disconnected immediately after you call and it say service not available. Please help to get my refund.

On 6th August 2019, I placed online order to purchase for Guru Music 2 Mobile + I8 earpods, at the time of placing the order the website showed that the consignment will be delivered in 3/4 days. after placing the order, it showed delivery time will be 7 days
As i need the product immediately, tried multiple times to contact their support number ([protected]) given on their website to cancel my order and refund amount back.
I tried multiple times but the number is not working, so on the next day written an email to them to the shared email id ([protected]@ezeedeals.in) to cancel my order and refund amount, they did not consider my request and shipped the product (Proof attached that my request is before the shipment started).
The shipment delivered at my house, when opened the consignment found that fake mobile is delivered and one more product which ordered I8 earpods is found missing in it (proof video link is shared https://youtu.be/8IfTIMwNM5U ), on email requested them to back the fake product again and they did not responded to my emails nor taken back the consignment
Sir/ Madam, Requesting you please take my complaint against this fake product company and help me to get the products shown on their website at the time of purchase to me and the missing product (I8 earpods) delivered to me or refund of the amount which paid to them while placing the order.

I have ordred 'jbl flip 3 bluetooth speaker & get tws mini earpod' on 16 aug 2019, using ezeedeals.in website. Henceforth i got delivered item of other brand where i ordered jbl brand.

After 48 hours i did not get the call to collect item or about refund.
Hence i am raising the compaint here to get refund.

I would very thankful to helping here to refund amount.

I have ordered a product (Mi band 3) under buy one get one offer from ezeedeals online shopping app. My amount of rs. 1399 got debited from my paytm wallet with transaction number [protected] but the order was unsuccessful. The order id in the paytm wallet was ahowing as [protected] but the order id in ezeedeals is showing as [protected]. I have reached the paytm customer care and they were saying the transaction was succesfull and the amount was sent to the merchant. I tried to reach the ezeedeals customer care number but it was not reachable. Please help me to refund my amount

I ordered 2 Mi 20000mah powerbank and when it arrived it was fake, normal 2 powerbanks. I lost my money. Please look into this.
I ordered this product in 27th July and they told me it will take only 2-3 business days.
When 8 got the product it was today 13th August.
I have to take the product from their office because they are not delivering it.
When I finally get it I found that it was not Mi powerbank.

I order mi band 4 on 5 aug.2019 but they not provide any track system i want to cancel my deal but the customer care not responding in any way, they don't pickup calls no email i just want my money back. I was received m 3 band (Buy 1 get 1 free) yesterday, the scheme is offered on insagram. When i received this product it has no charger in the kit and also the product invoice is not in the kit. So, the product is not up to the quality which i was ordered. So i am not ready to accept this product so please return this product as early as possible.

The product is listed as genuine on the site. The product they shipped has no branding, comes in a cardboard box, the casement is coming off, and the batteries are stuck together with tape. The product is not just fake but most likely dangerous to use. It’s highly likely the reviews on ezeedeals.in site are fake and any real reviews are being blocked, because my review is not getting posted either.

Tried contacting the company through phone/email/webform/facebook support and there is no response on any medium, and now looking at other consumer complaints on this website leads me to believe they are running a completely scam business that should be blacklisted from all payment gateways and search engines and owners prosecuted.

Recieved a duplicate powerbank a local one. Got deceived and i dont see any procedure to get the refund. I cannot track my order on its website since it didnt required any kind of login. The powerbank recieved is not even in the working condition and the accessories available with it is also of the worst quality. Fooling people on such a big platform. I bought a jbl flip 3 bluetooth speaker & tws mini earpod (Eze000195) from ezeedeals.in on 20 jun 19

The payment made was successful and a confirmation was received from the site. Snapshot is attached. However despite numerous mails to the customer support id nothing happened. I received a reply to my complaints that the issue would be attended in 24-48 hrs its been more than a month now.

Can anyone help me with the procedure for officially filing a consumer complaint?

I saw an advertisement on facebook of jbl flip 3 which was available at just rs.1439 om ezeedeals and i ordered the as prepayment. I had ordered that product on22/07/2019 at 3.52pm.

I have booked smart watch from ezeedeals.in 22/07/2019.
Product name is shown in web site (Imported frontier s3 smartwatch).

But when i received my parcel against order id:-7020452 that product was changed, i mean wrong delivered even the received smart watch also not poriginal.

So am request you to at least replace my smart watch with imported frontier s3 smartwatch or else return my money as soon as possible...

This is to inform you that I have ordered S3 Watch+JBL Speakers on Ezeedeals site shown on Facebook. As it's showing on Facebook i assumed that is genuine company, but it was my mistake. When i received the packet it was not at all original product. They send all Chinese product instead of original product. When i tried to check the product it was totally fake Chinese products. I have tried the mobile number shown on site, mailed on email & visited the address that given on site all is fake. Please help me & other users for not to get looted.
