Hi, I have ordered mi 3 band one plus one offer on this particular ezeedeals online website on 17 th June 2019.
Now, I have received a email, but I am not able to track the order or able to contact the customer care support.
And I have seen other consumer complaints where the products are fake and the company is also fake.
Kindly help me to get my money back of

I have ordered a frontier s3 smart watch through ezee deals and I received a local made watch. which is totally fake…and I paid 1599 rupees for this…..I want my money back. No customer support provided even repetitive emails . What to do. The details as below.

I'm writing this regarding an m3 watch with buy one and get one scheme. I ordered that watch on Tuesday and I received that product on Friday that is on 14 the June, 2019. The watches are not working and are not the same watch which was shown in advertisement they are completely fake and duplicate and customer care number is invalid what should I do ? I want my full money that is RS 1998 to be refunded.

I ordered mi band 3 from ezeedeals on June 12 2019 with order id [protected], it is said with the offer of buy one get one.

What i received is a cheap duplicate company band instead of mentioned mi brand on the website. I need to return this duplicate product and get my money refunded back asap.

Customer service number given by ezee deals after order completion [protected] is fake and doesn't work. I need a solution to this and also what should be the next course of action which needs to be taken against such a fraud website.

I have ordered this product with Product ID : EZE000195. Payment of ₹1, 439/- has been made through PayTM. Today i received a dummy product "Portable Wireless Speaker" some chinese product. Also, I did not receive FREE Mini Earpod in the shipment.

I tried calling customer care number but it is not working. I am not sure what to do now. Can you please help me in getting refund?

The product that i have ordered is not working and when i am trying to complain about the product they say that they will contact shortly but they have not yet done anything. It had been 3 days already. The product cost me 1998₹ and it is not even in working condition.I m suffering from this unnecessary troma please kindly help they don't value for money but i do. It doesn't matter money is small or big amount but its matter allot.kindly help me out and give me the appropriate solution.

I ordered jbl speakers and frontier smart watch on 10th june, but i recieved wrong product - some chinese speaker that too damaged and not working properly and secondly i recieved smarth watch which is also different from one shown on the page, product recieved on 13th june 2019 and i paid cash for the product recieved, please help me in returning and refunding my hard earned money which cost 2300 in total. I tried to contact customer support mentioned on the packing, it was unavailable. Also tried to contact support from website, it just disconnects. I dropped an email mentioned on the website even that doesn't get delivered. I want my refund of the product. Kindly help me to get my refund or get the correct product.

I have ordered JBL flip3 as shown on their site. But instead of which they have delivered a Chinese speaker which is not worth rs 1900. Really fake site and providing fake products. Tried calling customer care support number but call gets disconnected always after just one ring. There is no other option given for reaching out to their support. Totally fake site and fake product they are selling. This is total fraud.

I have ordered a frontier s3 smart watch and JBL charge3 speaker via order no.EZD[protected] but when i opened my courier in my order i got duplicate products watch is also a local smartwatch and speaker is also a fake one and also costomer care no. Is fake and no return policy or tab in case of wrong productsezeedeals are cheating on users who all are ordering i have got cheated by ezeedeals and so many users also got. Cheated i want same products as shown or else. Just file a case or petetion against ezeedeals it needs to be taken on serious note please solve this issue as soon as possible herewith i am attaching some proofs-:

I ordered my product (watch) on 5th June and got the delivery on 8th June but when I opened my watch it's not worth money and defective too. I want my money back because I am feeling cheated. They might have given me some duplicate watch. I want my 1599 rupees refund. There is nothing mentioned on the website regarding oder cancel or return or refund. Moreover there is no contact number of the company mentioned on the website.

I ordered an MI Band 3 product which was on offer 'Buy1Get1' costing 1998/- with shipping. In this deal I received a pair of duplicate M3 band which I want to return now. The customer care service is not active. The number is not reachable. Also, the payment status is not updated in the account. Its showing unpaid only though I have paid the amount on delivery.
Please let me know if anyone can help me out in this case.

I ve ordered the frontier smartwatch and jbl speaker for rs 2300 from ezeedeals website.
I recieved it today and both the products are defected.
Neither speaker is starting nor watch.
Even products are duplicate. No brand name written on any product.
The company have cheated me
Even the battery of watch is swollen.

Sir i am customer of ezeedeals in this intemated i hearby informed you that himself puchage blutooth along with two headphone order no -[protected] on dated of[protected] your company blutooth have been reacevied on dated[protected] but in these reference customer have reaceived only blutooth along with only one head phone reacived by customer although your company condition is blutooth along with two headphone in these above rference customer have not found two headphone according your comapany so plz give me other headphone which have fault missing by your company plz do something and take nessessay acation as posible as. Hi, i am vijay kumar purchase a smart watch from you online store ezeedeals on 27/05/2019 and the order id is [protected]. I already paid for the product. But very sad to say that till now i didn't received my order and also suffering enough to track the order. The contact number is also not getting connecting also the representative also not answering my call. Overall what i understand about ezeedeals is a fake company you simply trapping people and looting their money. Please refund my money. Otherwise i'll go to consumer court against you.

Very sadly i would like to say this that this company ezeedeals is providing very cheep service to their customers. Because they not helping the customer to track their order either it's delivered or not to the right person or not even the customer care contact number is also fake not connecting the call not have any representative to help customer. Why i say this because i booked one smart watch. Order receipt #[protected] on 27/05/2019. And till the date of 01/06/2019 i didn't received my order. So finally i want to cancel the order and refund my money back.

Over all fake company with very cheep service.

I ordered a imported frontier s3 smartwatch from ezeedeals.in a amount of rs 1600 but recieved a defective product duplicate chinese watch which is not working and breakable condition so that pls action against it and also so many try to call in their customer care number but not respond and cut the call automatically and mail so many time but no action taken on suppliers they support supplier to delivered fake product.

I ordered a music guru dual mobile worth of 539 rupees on.9.5.2019 and the item i received on 26.5.2019 as dead and missmtch item. I never see such droid website like this ever there is no any complain number mentioned in website

I get the product date on 25th may 2019. When i get the product and open the box product are wrong. I get product m3 my device my life. Am make payment through paytm.

This site are also fraud.
When i booked the order those are no on web site i call for order confirmation, he s says your order be cancel for your payment revert you share otp o[censored]pi.

I request to you kindly refund my amount.

Thereby again they asked for placing the order while money was already cut from my account.

There is a helpline number online specifying timings too which is again a wrong number. It's a fraud.
Payment status says unpaid.

I ordered a product jbl bluetooth speaker with order i'd [protected] on 22may 2019. As i share my email i'd [protected]@gmail.com to my order but there is not any confirmation mail received from ezeedeal.in. I paid total amount of rs 1439 through paytm with transaction i'd [protected]. Please take action on this company.
This company cheated many users. Even many complaint about received fake product. They show the big companies name and gave cheap product.

I ordered jbl flip 3 bluetooth speaker with tws mini earpod free with order no. [protected] on 5th may and on 10th may received some f company bluetooth speaker and duplicate i7 earpod all in broken condition. I have attached photos of the item i received for your reference.
To report my complain i tried calling customer care no. [protected] and send emails on [protected]@ezeedeals.in but no one answer the call nor any reply of emails.
I am unhappy with your fake product service and request full refund.
Really want serious action against ezeedeals company so atleast other custmore wont be their victims.
