I had ordered mi band 3 on date 07/08/19. But i have received wrong product. On website they show mi band 3 buy 1 get 1 free. I got two bands but they are not mi product. The packat also not contain warranty card as they show 1 year warranty in payment receipt.

I got product named intelligent health bracelet having name like m3 my device my life.

I ordered mi band 3 from ezeedeals on aug 7th 2019, it is said with the offer of buy one get one.

What i received is a cheap duplicate company band instead of mentioned mi brand on the website. I need to return this duplicate product and get my money refunded back asap.

When i tried to talk to the customer care number, no one takes my calls, there is no way to get return/refund. This company is a big fraud and cheating people of india. I ordered smat watch on 15.06.19 and received product on 17.06.19 but in very bad condition. It is not charging because charging slot is not working. I have already given 8 reminder but reply always received as "thanks for contacting us, your concern has successfully registered with us, within 24 to 48 hours we will back to you" but no response till date i. E. 01.07.2019.

This website is a total fraud. The products received are not what are shown on the website and on top of that are scratched up and looks worse than second hand products. They are simply cheating the customers out of their money. The number they have provided is not working and nobody picks up and is disconnected on its own. There is no response from the company once the product is delivered. They do not even provide any return back facility...

They advertise using big brand name like jbl speakers n mi products however all their products r cheap unknown brand products... Their is no way u can return nor complain as their website is only made to take order n take payments (I released it latter)... I can see so many complaint about this website however no action has been taken n i can still see their adv on facebook....
